Billie Dunn Says she Filed No-Trespassing Order against Adkins

The mother of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn said she filed a no trespassing order against her boyfriend, Shawn Adkins.Billie Dunn said investigators found disturbing messages about her in Adkins' cell phone Thursday. She didn't wish to go into detail, but described the content as "threatening."

Dunn said Adkins can't come on her property for a year under the order she filed Friday."

He made threats against me. I don't think he sent them anywhere. They were just on the memo pad...I got scared and I didn't want him to be able to come over here at all anymore," she said.

I cant see the page, its set to private but yea I dont think that is the same Freda.   The statement you quoted cant be true whatsoever because Billie refused her right to get an attorney and also having a public defender assigned to her.

What I do want to know is how her mother was allowed to bail her out (as reported) if she just got out of jail herself on bond.   Im pretty sure that is a no-no.

Well if one was offered, she voluntarily vacated it & continued to stay together with him.  She was told point blank that she should stay away from him until & if he was cleared, she defied that advise.   I think she brought up getting one to get herself out of trouble for lying but get this....

Freda Radcliff I didnt buy her BS from day one...She is protecting him way too hard for some reason...and i tend to believe that reason is...they both know what has happened to Hailey and are both involved!!!!

I asked the following:   I actually thought that Freda, please tell me you heard that from a reliable source because I felt that BILLIE has been the one preventing Shawn from talking to LE or anyone, especially since he canceled an interview due to "a cold" how lame & yet she came on despite what she was told prior to her calling in several times

oooo lol gotcha...but Freda didnt say she tried to bail her out did she?   Id be shocked because she has no love lost for Billie and that is an understatement.  She was the one that witnessed Billie bringing roses to Shawn for Valentine's Day & the whole drama over the search dinner & video.

FYI - I can't find any Bail Bond company by that name.  The phone number is listed to Bobby Massey who is posting there too.  IMO this person either isn't a Bail Bondsman at all or he's a wanna be.

COLORADO CITY, Tx -- The mother of the Colorado City missing teen admits she's beginning to lose hope.

This after Billie Dunn was arrested Thursday and affidavits obtained exclusively by KTXS, show that authorities found more pornography, including child porn, on devices used by Shawn Adkins, Billie's former boyfriend.

After Billie Dunn was arrested and interrogated, she is now doubting Adkins innocence.

Billie told KTXS "There's so much that's happened, so much that I found out about him..I think about 'did he have time to hurt my daughter?' and 'why would he hurt he?.'"

No Freda has been one of the more public HA's, had been on interviews about her, etc.  Bea Whacker is the other more public one, being the one that confronted BD at the dinner.

I agree, she's lying.  Further more, there are two things I notice about this.  First, she's saying that LE is putting this in her head again.  That's her copout, I believe.  I don't believe she means a word she's saying.  The reason I don't believe it is because of her voice.  I have heard enough interviews of her in her full ranges of emotions to know that when she wants people to believe her, she uses a certain voice.  I call it the girly-voice.  She softens her voice, she opens her eyes really big, she tucks her chin, and she lies.  It's her "I'm a scared bunny - don't hurt me" voice.  I'm sure the voice has served her well through the years as a survivor.   My opinion only, but listen for that voice in interviews and see if you don't start to see it happening when she's trying to gardner sympathy.  That voice changes in an INSTANT to the mad-wet-hen if you cross her lines.

I'm going to start watching for her to set LE up.  She's bringing them into this, purposefully, and there's some lie she's weaving around the foundation of "LE is putting....".  Is she going to go for the "LE put evidence..." stunt if they find stuff?  I know this has already cropped up in a couple of places where people support BD.  SHe does this when she uses the girly voice, and there's something behind it, but she hasn't come out with it yet.
