Hiya Lovin. How is Bubba?

He's great.  Over at his dad's to watch football.   I'm trying to get caught up on the laundry.  Thinking about ordering some take out.

I haven't read back but I see you guys had a party last night?  The cleanup crew is a little behind!

I'm glad he is great. I already picked up my food for tonight! Yeah we had a party, Northern was posting pictures and making me laugh so hard.

Bubba and I were supposed to go to the Kent State vs Bowling Green game yesterday but I've got a terrible head cold and couldn't go.  He was disappointed. 

So...what'd ya get for supper?

Sorry you are feeling bad, and didn't get to take Bubba to the game. Seem like everybody's is feel low.

I don't want to complain.  It's just a stinking head cold.  Compared to what some go thru on a daily basis, I know I should count my blessings.  It will pass.  Why isn't it curbing my appetite?  I love Nyquil.

I don't want to complain.  It's just a stinking head cold.  Compared to what some go thru on a daily basis, I know I should count my blessings.  It will pass.  Why isn't it curbing my appetite?  I love Nyquil. 

   You need some magic cough syrup.     I think they should sell it by the gallon.

I never went to my class reuinion either JSM. I still see my 3 best friends from HS.  The others: Couldn't stand them then, what makes anyone think we're going to be buds now? 

I'm off to finish the 3 baskets of laundry, apparently they aren't going to wash, dry & fold themselves.  Have a great night ya'll.

JMO, but I've had it with the NFL.  I refuse to watch it.  Michael Vick, Plexaglass Burris,  Dante Stallworth and all the other criminals have left me disgusted. 

Myself, It really disgust me, and the reacceptance of Michael Vick has really sent me over the edge. Now he's getting a reality show, and I heard the ex-ESPN annoucer cum promoter say's it's not going to necessarily be about the pitfalls of dog fighting. He said Vick has got to make some MONEY!!!!

Get well Lovin. When I get sick, I eat like a pig. I wish I was like most people that lose weight when they are sick. Not me.

Fanny or anyone ~ my long haired outdoor mouser has a large peanut sized burr under her right arm pit.  Hair has wound and matted tight up against skin.  Any suggestions on getting it out?  Other than with scissors?  I've got to go but will try to check back later.  TIA, Lovinlife

I went to the last one, ex husband was there, made me miserable. Plus all the fighting this past spring and summer about where to have it, really made me not even want to see the people that were in charge this time.

Thanks for telling me they found that girl, I have heard nothing about that case on the news here.

  I didn't know he was getting a reality show. The only reality show he needed to make was while he was sitting in Leavenworth. That is one reality show I would actually watch.

That is too cool Fanny!!! I used to cross stich until I got tenosynovitis in my right hand. Now I don't think I could do it because I am blind.

LOVIN, my long haired cat gets mats right in the middle of her back a few inches above her tail. She hates to be brushed, ......but depending on how bad I want to get scratched I get our little stiff brush I got from the pet store. It is the kind with the stiff bristles and little balls on the end of them. I hold her down and use that until it breaks down the mat, or until I am bleeding really badly. 

They usually brush out with the stiff brush pretty easily. Miss Kitty just hates to be brushed period. I try to tell her she would keep having hairballs, but she won't listen. The rest of the cats love to be brushed.

If your cat is more docile than Miss Kitty is, you may can work it out with the brush. It may take a session or two, but it might work. If Miss Kitty had a mat under her armpit, I am sure we would have to have the Vet sedate her. She is the same one that runs screaming if you even try to put ADVANTAGE on her. The rest hardly notice.
