WOW just WOW! I would have had my behind in a sling had I ever even put something like that on my attorney's desk as a rough draft!

Isn't it interesting that Baez's office does not know how to write a brief and now this attorney can't spell. Where are these people going to school? Are there such a thing as "mail order" law degrees?

My favorite discovery yesterday was that Tony played detective on Lee.   I bet KC had a chit fit when she found out her old lover boy was sticking it to her!   
Now we know why the defense hasn't tried to go after Tony (as they are doing with Ricardo) - Tony was working for LE to nail the b*tch.

Hey Sassy.I hope we get some more documents.I also hope there is no mention of the candy sharing.
I wonder how Casey likes Tony now?Lee has to feel like a total azz now.

Hey Pooky.I've been up since 4:30 but had to get the hubby off to work.I'm sorry you were lonely. 
What do you make of this new defense attorney?I wondered about him all evening.

Given that he has little to no criminal experience and has worked in the products liability/personal injury arena, I think they may pursue an accident theory. 

That is the question of the day.  If they pursue an accident theory involving KC there will have to be some sort of admission and I don't see that happening.  Just MOO, though.

I agree on that Pooky.I just wonder who they will point the finger at.

It would only take a minute to fix the spelling errors - and print it out again.    I'm anal.  I wouldn't have put my John Hancock on it, until it was fixed.

Every time there's a doc dump, you all are talking about new stuff, while I get bogged down in old stuff. 

I'm on p. 12 of KC and friends' text messages, and I again see JP Chatt's comment:

"No Jesse can in no circumstances be invited to my house."

Do we know yet what the issue was between the two guys?

JP could not stand KC...........He did not even want her in his house. I wondered if he had been ripped off by her.  He told all her friends she was not welcome at a party.

He was- remember he lost his keys the night of the party at Will Waters and then was asking Amy if Casey had money for him??
Also, I thought it was Casey and Tony that he said could not be there and the other was a text from Cindy forwarded about Jesse not coming, but I could be wrong.

I will take a bite at this.  Disclaimer first - it is a tabloid.
Okay, are the supporting casey - well maybe after all they don't want the little slore to toss them under the bus to get herself off.  However.......
Did they turn on her - well maybe, because they did as for immunity from LE.
Now here is my support for either theory - cindy hugging biaz in court the other day. 
Did she hug him to show support or to pisz casey off?

I believe this will happen and Macaluso has been brought on to facilitate that. I know nobody want to hear or believe it, but this baby killer has a dog in the fight she did not have before. He is her best shot and he has the added benefit of actually knowing what happened to Caylee in that house from Casey. She has to drop the ZG story, its a boat anchor anymore.
What choice does she have? Nobody actually believes this girl is going to just drop the sham and confess-

Lastly, as again reitterated by Hoover's statement yesterday, this girl is the Golden Fleece to these vultures, especially if it goes to trial. The A's want control of Caylee's estate- the only way that will happen is if Casey is convicted.

Therefore they know have opposing strategies but need to appear united to each other. Cindy put out those YouTube videos to counter Casey's reaction to the news about them being guests of the Ritz while she was in the sick bay.

Alright now Im piffed all over again.. aah. Monkey groan.
