MaryAnn -- Good morning -- I tend to agree with you.  Quite frankly, if the defense is going to pursue a mental defect it is not evident from their actions so far.  This kind of defense takes time and would require hours of interviews with a mental health professional and from the list of jail visits I don't see one listed as yet.

But you are right, she should have been having ongoing physciatric evaluation, not just one visit, which im pretty sure every prisoner must have to do when they first land in the slammer.

wow thanks for that, I didnt know about that.  Yeah he was working with LE by that record.  Maybe we will know in the next doc dump, I cant think of anything except what I said above.  Do you have any ideas?

From my understanding of what is stated they were giving him $40. because they wanted him to drive back and checkout exactly what the carwash address was and he drives from the east side to get there. I haven't read the transcipts in a while but maybe there were some other addresses they needed..I can't remember.

Here's is a forum stating that Casey was a stripper for a couple of weeks at Dancer's Royale.  It states that she was pregnant at the time, but not yet really showing.  Someone on there is verifying it through a friend of a friend (so who really knows?).  Someone on there also mentions the fact that George did say in his interview when the Fusion pictures came out that those pictures were taken when Casey was pregnant.  Do you think George and Cindy knew Casey was 'stripping' while pregnant and George didn't really know they were Fusion pictures and thought they were Dancer's Royale pictures?  Interesting thought.

I do not think that the pole nessesarily means that its a strip club.  A club I went to back in college had a pole for dancing, but it was not a strip club, it was just a "dancing accessory".  (Disclaimer: no offence to strippers or poles)

There is a photo of her, front view in that same shirt and I dont know who he is but he is grabbing her boob, and you can tell she is pregnant in the photo.

so, what do we all think casey will do if its true her fingerpronts are on the duct tape?  Will she confess, and tell what really happened and do a ple deal, or will she make up a story how her fingerprints got there, and end up at trial? 

Lucinda -- You know how I feel on this.  I personally feel that if her fingerprints are there then I just don't see what defense she has from there?  I cannot think how she can stick to the Zani story with all the evidence we have seen but I am certain there is a lot we have not seen.  I personally think that a plea would have been better for HER months ago before Caylee was found.  My Opinion only though.

I wonder if LE will actually release the results of the duck tape finerprints.  If they do, then defense can begin to work around those findings.  Then again, LP made a statement that they are hers.  But.....nothing was mentioned about ...fingerprints on the heart sticker...!!!!!  Did Zanny go into the house and peel off the heart sticker?????

Isn't it toooooo coincidental that Zanny would have chosen the...heart sticker...the same type of sticker that Casey used when burying her animals according to Kio??

They can tell if they are ...left handed prints...or right handed prints.  If she is not going to take the stand, then she cannot begin to explain the reasons for any of it.   So...if LE has a ...left handed print... and bozo said it is a right handed print (thinking that she is left handed, I don't know).  Then again maybe she put the duct tape to her mouth and made a rip with her teeth, therefore leaving her DNA on it.
