Arrested on suspicion of voluntary manslaughter -- cool but we know
how aruban law operates when arresting. They have to cite the basis
of their suspicion that the new evidence may support.

They can suspect all they want but you still need evidence of a body
or an eyewitness to her death or her dead body to prosecute on a charge
of manslaughter. Anything short of the latter three cannot possibly
result in a trial with any reasonable hope of conviction
(do you suppose charlierat is coaching her from behind his curtain? )Laughing
From a victorian dressing room, no doubt.

I hate to say it... but evething I have read says...  "to detemine it the arrest was warranted" ..

I'm still breathing slowly  on this one ...  to me the have been "detained"  like June 2005 JMO..

Hi Tyler,
I think the beheaded guy was Dutch.  ******* has his picture.  He just got the
"Columbia Necktie"
Anna, I think it is farther to Columbia.  I think you are thinking of Ven.

I couldn't believe I was hearing right when I first heard the news.

Tyler,
The beheaded guy was Dutch but some called his slit throat a Colombian Necktie but it really wasn't.  Technically, anyway.  That might be where you got the Colombian part about him.

GMTA!!

Yes, I am thinking of the distance to Venezuela.  Not sure how far it is to Colombia.  But just because it is said Colombians involved, that would not mean they took remains to there, wouold it?  Just out to sea I would think.
IF, big IF, that's what happened.

Been in the kitchen listening to FOX. Someone said that Joran's mother said, "Joran is just being questioned in anticipation of being released as a suspect."

Anita lives in La La Land.

Then was his wife Colombian?  I know the "Colombian necktie," but that is probably what I am thinking.  One of the "secret" witnesses was Colombian, however, right, and was deported?  Am I forgetting too much.  Maybe I have had a stroke.

CBB,  She has lived in La La Land for a very long time.  I wouldn't expect her to leave it now.

I thought I heard Jossy say that they had enough evidence to go to trial before the December 31st deadline.
Mark Furman made the point that they do not have to have a body to make a case against the 3 amigoes.
