Did you run your Norton or whatever virus scan?  Did you run Spybot?  Spyware Blaster?  Ad-Aware?  Do you have firewalls, i.e., Zone Alarm and first and foremost, I hope you are using Mozilla and not IE.

Shell, also go to 'My computer' and then 'network places' to make sure there is not a computer that has attached itself to your computer.  Now there is a new and better browser on the horizon and it might be better than Mozilla/Firefox but I am waiting right now.

Hi Mrs Red!  I'm so proud of you and Red!

Tyler, since I got new computer, I loaded Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird email.  Lots of anti-virus and spyware loaded too.  I just went to mycomputer>network places as you advised Shell.  I was checking out the options, and clicked something about hiding icons for UPnUP or something like that and instead of asking if I wanted to do it, it just did it!  I don't know what I did!  ??
