Hopefully it is almost over...I have been dying in the 92 degree heat in this hotbox waiting for this to end. They have 10 minute recess..... till about 5:05. Judge said he'd make his decision after that. I hope he does not take more time to decide. THE TAPES SHOULD COME IN....PERIOD!

OK, I'll probably be in trouble for this...but I felt sorry for Lee today.  It has been speculated in the past that he has symptoms resembling Aspergers.  I have a niece with Aspergers, and he reminds me so much of her.  The "inappropriate" affect, the laughing during times of stress, etc.  This whole thing is tragic.  

None of his reactions are appropriate for the situation. He seems to be trying and he was well prepared, but he can't keep his face and reactions working with his answers.

That was weird there at the end, Cindy was leaning over in her chair, almost drooling waiting for Casey to turn around and acknowledge her.

I felt sorry for him too, and then it went away.  If he weren't a blood relative of cindy, george and casey, then I wouldn't have to give pause before cutting him some slack.  I'm just not sure, but he's definitely an odd duck, and has a lack of emotional maturity that astounds me.  sad, either way

I think once LDB had her " read " her previous " statements" - that she handed to Cindy, after Cindy said " I do not recall" or gave a statement of contradicting what Cindy has said multiple times in the past.. 
Gave Cindy a quick swift lesson .. You are no longer a player and this is not a game. Your in a court room and you too can be charged.

Well, I think he is an ASS...this is no laughing matter. He always tries to make it 'funny'. I don't care what type of personality he is....it isn't funny.

It is and I noticed today there was no hand holding or back rubbing either.  Trouble in Paradise?  They did not seem to support one another.

I swear the 2nd call was made from the site where Casey was dumped. And Casey probably was ready to confess and Cindy pissed her off. Then they went home, Lee showed up and the 3rd call was made when Casey said she wouldn't cooperate with Lee.

Once the police arrived they probably accused the whole family and put them on the defense... and a cover up was born.

Cindy: I'm going to call the cops on you Casey
(she does, call one)
Cindy: again, I'm going to call the cops again until you tell me.
Casey: Mom, don't. I'll show you where she is.
(they go to the site)
Cindy: Casey, did you do this?
Casey: blank stare
Cindy: Casey, tell me or I will call the cops to look right here.
Casey: Mom, just go home
(call two)
Casey: Mom just go home and I'll tell you everything
(they go home, Lee tries and call #three)
