I know the state will make chop meat out of her if she takes the stand, but I do not want the jury to hear any of her crap.  I know the state will wash it away on cross, but they will have heard her lie and probably cry about her daughter drowning, her father abusing her, etc. 

I think KC is a trainwreck waiting to happen if she did testify.  I don't think she is capable of telling the truth.  Just think how rough the state would be... she could not stay with the same story through that. She would bury herself.

Pipitone said he saw Burdick going through checks from Cindy’s account yesterday. “That’s what the state was about to do,” Pipitone said. “And that is one reason why — there are many possible reasons — Casey Anthony did not testify today.”

Key point of contention tomorrow, according to Pipitone just now, will be that there is a record of Cindy cashing a check at 9:27AM on one of the days the Gentiva records show her at work.

Are the records accurate? Or was it Casey who cashed that check?

One other thought – doesn’t Casey have a transistor radio in her cell? She may be more aware than we’d think of what the analysts and pundits have been saying would happen if she took the stand.

There is a video with the story of Matt the finger flipper getting sentenced and a side by side of KC's reaction during the event.  Between the witty commentators and watching Casey it is worth a watch.  She does a very heavy sign when JP finds Matty guilty.

At 4:18 it looks like Casey tries to stifle a laugh when the judge says to the handcuffed defendant:  "Raise your right hand.  Oh wait, you can't."

So how was he paying it right away?   lol

Public defender being appointed, he will be reprimanded & order will be prepared

Judge ordered 6 days in jail, he'll probably serve 1 right or 2?

I think this young man LIED to the Judge's face today.

As they say, do the math.

$1500/mo. expenses for 12 months = $18000

That's more than $15000. 

And would have to be "substantially higher" than even $18000 because of having to allow for Federal and state taxes, etc.

At least in my world, my "expenses" are "after taxes".

Was he in court yesterday and learned about "magical thinking"?

I looked at tehm, didn't see the one for the 17th.  To me, it looks like she used her cash card at publix to pay, not actaully at the bank.  I wonder if the state is going to get evidence from the bank before tomorrow to prove it was nto Cindy there.

IIRC Linda said today all of the computer records including log ons, emails, and other correspondence. I am guessing she was sending emails or something else out at the times she has claimed to be at her house. They did NOT bring the VP of the company in for dip stuff. They are going for the jugular on this one and that is why she immediately ran to her attorney and bozo.

There was nothing cashed at the bank, but a video would be easy. Banks keep them for 8 years.
