Thanks guys! I just always feel for children who are caught up in all the drama of bad parents, and can't do anything to protect themselves. I hope AN has a competent Nanny or someone who is available to watch over the baby, because I suspect that she and Howard are abusing drugs. At the very least, they are too self-absorbed to care for a baby.

I really hope Larry Birkhead is the father. He seems to want to be a good Dad, and he would have to go a long way to be worse than AN and Howard.

Anna Nicole Smith has been ordered to submit her baby daughter to a DNA test by 21 February (07) in an effort to end the dispute over who the baby's biological father is.

A California judge overseeing the paternity battle between Smith and her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead demanded the model/actress must comply with the new court deadline during a hearing yesterday (07Feb07).

Good! Hopefully there will be no more legal loopholes and this can be done with...Kid deserves to know who her real father is...

I saw a little part of ET and The Insider last night with Anna and Howard.  I do not have one emotion for either one of these people.  Anna was definitely on some type of drugs and Howard had these dark circles under his eyes.  They asked him if he flushed drugs down the toilet the day Daniel died.  He is denying everything.  He thinks there are people out to get him.

Anna Nicole Smith reportedly collapsed at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino and was rushed to a Florida hospital on Thursday.

Access Hollywood has confirmed that Anna Nicole Smith has been hospitalized in Hollywood, Fla.

Sources confirmed to Access that Anna Nicole was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in shortly after 2 PM EST on Thursday.



On Tuesday, Smith and the diet products company TrimSpa Inc., for which she is a spokeswoman, were sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight loss pill is false or misleading.

According to a local report, a witness said paramedics were pumping her chest when they took her out of the hotel.

Smith, 39, was photographed at a boxing match at the Hard Rock Hotel last month.

February 8, 2007)—CBS News was reporting Thursday afternoon that one-time Mexia chicken restaurant waitress turned Playboy model turned heiress turned reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith has been found unconscious in her hotel room in Hollywood, Fla.

CNN reported that Smith collapsed at a casino and that CPR was performed at the scene.

The report comes a day after Smith and the diet company TrimSpa were targeted in a class-action lawsuit that alleges TrimSpa's marketing is false or misleading.

Among other things, the suit wants to stop Smith and TrimSpa from making claims that people who use the pills can lose a lot of weight.

Smith is a spokeswoman for TrimSpa.

Last month, the Federal Trade Commission announced TrimSpa would pay $1.5 million to settle allegations that the diet-products company's weight-loss claims were unsubstantiated.

The suit was the latest in a series of woes for the former waitress turned Playboy model turned heiress turned reality TV star.

Her son Daniel died last year in her hospital room in the Bahamas shortly after she gave birth to a daughter.

Since then she’s faced challenges to her residency and questions about the baby girl’s paternity.

People.com is reporting that Anna's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, was not with her at the time. Sources tell the magazine that she is being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, a high-ranking Bahamian official who is a close friend of Smith's.

TMZ has also learned that the hotel room that Anna was occupying at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will be sealed off as a part of the investigation.

I was just on the phone with my sister and told her AN died and she said that she thinks Howard had something to do with it.  I know this is all too soon to think of this but this man was present when both mother and son died.

I heard CNN reporter interviewing a witness who saw the body arrive at the hospital. She was all covered up from head to foot like she was dead.
