Baez attempted to keep out a picture of Casey dancing very close with another female. He said it's bc he was worried it would portray her as a lesbian.

Well, could he have been using reverse psychology on the Prosecution?

Follow me for a sec... I have no idea, don't even care, but I wonder if any jurors were gay/lesbian & that was one ticket to create reasonable doubt. Personally, I believe we're all equal & should have equal rights...but not everybody feels that way. If Baez acted like he didn't want that pic shown to the jury bc "it made Casey appear lesbian", then using reverse psychology, the Prosecution could have used it by informing Casey was partying, partaking in questionable activities, etc. Maybe Baez really wanted that pic in evidence so whomever could be gay on the jury would see that, relate to it, maybe they felt discreminated against once. If Baez could play into it so the Prosecution would talk negative, the juror that could resonate with it would feel sorry for Casey. Then Baez could come up and say everybody grieves in different ways, yada yada.

It only takes one person to hang. Reasonable doubt is like a disease if you're a juror that feels sympathetic toward a defendant that you can relate to.

It just bugs me about Baez's choice of words... He was worried it would portray Casey as a lesbian. I mean, who really cares? I could care less.

If there was a lesbian on that jury, and they heard Baez say that or catch on by inferences, then they would feel sympathy for Casey. If they were ever discreminated on in their past, they would argue their side to their death. You can't Change how you were born, it's part of your identity.

I agree, wouldn't doubt it if she were bi...but...why would Baez bring say he didn't want the pic admitted bc it could lead the jury to think she was a lesbian? I mean, think about where the trial is. Orlando. There are sooooo many gays in all of Orange County. Gays are not frowned upon there. I lived there for some years. Matter of fact, of Casey were portrayed as bi, think of the guys on that jury she'd win over. It was just an odd thing for Baez to say. It's not sitting right with me. Also, jow ironic Disney/ABC has the first interview. Hmmm...

I am guessing if he speaks he will speak about everything.she only gave a 4-5 minute interview. It is all sick. I am curious as to juror 4. I wonder if she was the ones who said guilty. We were all so worried about her we had no idea it would be all 12!

They might get some, but no where near the amounts that these greedy people think. Who over decides to sign either Baez or Casey, they will be boycotted and advertisers will be badgered with calls.

As for Casey going to either NYC or Hollywood, Casey will be eaten alive. She is not a celebrity, she is a woman who got away with murder.

More importantly, she got away with killing a child.  She won't have much of a future anywhere.  I think it is another travesty to not charge Cindy with perjury!  Why the hell should there be an exception?  The law is the law..is it not?

Funny...I've learned a lot about who's on what side during this trial and ultimate verdict.  JVM, Casarez, Hell...even Greta.  Only real reason I watch HLN now is for the coverage and nancy Grace (never thought I'd say that).  I'm quickly becoming a BIG fan of Vinnie Politan though.  Right after the verdict, he was highly emotional and passionate about the injustice.  I found that refreshing, and instantly became an admirer of his work.  The rest sway with the tides...

Totally agree about Vinnie.  I've gained alot of respect for him the last couple of days.

Hey...if you hear she'll be coming to Hollywood...give me a holler.  I'm about 10 minutes away from there as we speak and I'll gather up a few of the homies and give her a little L.A. welcome party!!  Then, I'll promptly send her on the next bus out...

Casey refused a visit in jail from her mother just days after she was acquitted of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter.

Visitation records for the Orange County jail show that Casey was notified Friday morning of a video visit request from her mother, Cindy Anthony. Casey declined the visit, according to the visitation log.

Records also show that Casey did accept a visit Thursday night from a member of her defense team and one Friday from lead defense attorney Jose Baez.

I know this may not be a popular thought but I believe Casey is not done with her mother...at least not yet. Personally, I think she declined the visit from Cindy bc it's videotaped and also bc Casey still has stuff going on. There are many people that were trampled on. Some were defamed by Cindy. It might be too risky for Casey to talk to her mother publicly so soon after her trial. She may not want the public to know it was all a setup.

Besides, the longer she's out of the public's eye, the more money she'll make.

Well, you knew she wasn't done with her Mother when she mouthed the words "I would never blame my Mom" during the State's rebuttal closing.  I'm beginning to feel skunked as well.  Maybe that family isn't dysfunctional so much as it is tight...thick as thieves if you will.  They'll all be back together soon.  Well, maybe all together without George.  I think he's the odd man out at this point...

Third, that family has just given the performance of a lifetime---at the expense of Caylee.  How sad (and despicable).
