This is tedious. Casey is facing the death penalty not because she is female, but because she killed her child, threw her body in a garbage bag and threw her in a swamp. Had she been a father instead of a mother, she'd still be facing the death penalty and rightfully so. It's about CAYLEE, not gender!

Dont be upset with CJBP right now, he is giving latitude so that the defense is given opportunity to make their case, it by no means indicates how he will rule.  IMHO, he is covering all bases so that no argument can be made on appeal.

Is this spinster making it up as she goes along...seriously this is ridiculous.    A good mother?   They cant be serious, does a good mother not call the police for an alleged child abduction, NO.  Does a good mother lie about having a job for over 2 years?   I argue, that a skank ho there is hardly home other than work is NOT a good mother.   Does a good mother ride around with her dead child in the car for weeks?   Does a good mother wrap duct tape around her murdered child & dump her like she is trash, NO!

This is driving me nuts! What the heck does it matter if anyone was a "good mother" if she kills her child? The point is that WHILE CAYLEE WAS "MISSING", Casey was strutting her wares in bars and partying.......... That's the facts, Jack, in this case. I don't think the judge should have allowed this BS.
