Nejame said the reason he quit was because he wanted NOTHING to do with anything close to or in regards to Casey.

Good for him. He does seem like a very good lawyer and person, the things I have read about him.

He was speaking live via phone call in to Chanel 6 as he just landed in Puerto Rico for business.

When asked "What would you do if she was your client as a defense attorney"

He refused to answer stating "I do not want to say anything that Baez could use to help Casey"

I thought he said - I dont want to help the other side - meaning prosecution!  Anyway, I like Nejame and always did!!

Do you think they have blocked the A's home so they can go in and do a thorough search before the A's get home?  And what is up with Mallory being there immediately when the body was found???  Cover up???

Mark Nejame (spelling?) just said something to the effect that more disturbing info will come out. I wonder if he believe's Lee is the father? If not, I wonder what this info is???
I did take from his comments that he believes Casey killed Caylee. He just didn't come right out and say those words tho.
.. That there was something in the freezer ( like a smell from fluids) that Cindy knew about or something in the house that a normal person would find suspicious or know instantly , but Cindy wanted to cover it up. Why would they want to go on LKL  ?

An Orange County judge granted a continuance this morning in the Casey Anthony case.

Her murder trial, which was set to begin in January, was postponed to March.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland set the next status hearing for 9 a.m. Jan. 15 after Anthony's defense attorney, Jose Baez, requested a delay.

The state did not object.

Thank you!  Do you know if he "had" to be there?  Was he attending since mom and dad were out pedalling for money spinning their bullspit appearing on Larry King?

Nope.  On Local 6 stream he said Baez and that he refused to help Casey.

Sheriff Beary on Fox Orlando News   detectives will be at the anthony's home all night and that their house is an active crime scene.

I am sure Casey is very distraught indeed.  Reality is closing in on her in every conceivable way.  Baez needs to advise her to tell the truth and plea bargain or she is going to end up on death row.  Her little sideshow, and that of her parents, is growing very very old.  And in the face of this discovery, it is time to honor Caylee with the TRUTH.

Rob Wheeler, on Fox, just said that duct tape will show fingerprints even in bad weather, so they will probably will be able to get fingerprints from it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Do you think she'd be dumb enough not to wear gloves when using tape? I guess we can hope.

Well I wonder when she dumped the body then.
I don't think it was the 16th the day she died because of the stain in the trunk. I wonder if all the pings she was looking for a place with little Caylee in the trunk. Then just dumped her close to home where she felt safe to go
