I clicked on the property search and put in Schaefer's name, but it said no properties.

Can you pull up what you had and do a screenshot?


Kermit I have no idea how to do a Screenshot....
When You get to the owner name search Just put in Schaefer as the last name no first name.....

It worked for me HotPing!

Did You notice the other one under Schaefer Holdings and another under Louis Schaefer? The one You did a Screenshot on is a Residential Property and is the one that Judith McNaught sold to Schaefer on 4/30/07...... The other is the Marina Way address and Schaefer bought it on 5/25/2006 from James B Drury III and Deborah a Drury....

Go to the Google map,put in the 2210 address  and check that house out.VERY BIG...All on the dime of Stockholders left holding a bankrupt company..What a nice guy Schaefer is!!!NOTTTT...

prior to 08/2005 – 01/2008 – NEW
According to CW 3, CW 6, and CW 8  (witnesses in the Class Action Lawsuit):  “from the time the Company was located in Belle Chasse, Lousiana until after its move to Lafayette, Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina in August 2005, the Company received daily calls from vendors seeking payment for unpaid bills. CW 8 reported that this nonpayment continued when the Company relocated to Lafayette as it failed to give vendors the Company's forwarding address. CW 8 attributed this nonpayment to disorganization and misspending . CW 6 and CW 3, a former employee who worked in accounts payable during the Class Period, also noted that the Company's failure to pay its bills- including those to boat operators and equipment suppliers - continued beyond the IPO into early 2008.”


I'm starting to wonder if Schaefer was even paying all of Silvetti's invoices...
