If they didn't learn from depositions with the A's before when the State was dealing with them or Morgan...oi. lol. Kc is super angry now. On the day she needed her mother to mouth those I love you's to her the most, cindy just walked right out with not one glance at her daughter. I wonder if her cindy look a like lawyer and mason was trying to convince kc otherwise..."oh she did but the officer was in the way and you missed it...I saw it kc, calm down." Sorry for the stack, but I think this is why the attorneys left by the door going back to the jail. I think they were going to have a real talk down with her. Either they have determined she is totally lying and want to straighten that out (which I think they already knew) or they are going to talk to her about possibly testifying or asking for a plea bargain. Something is going down with them today.

They can beg but the State doesnt have to offer one despite how hard they plead.  If that were ever to occur, I also think it is extremely doubtful that they would accept anything other than LWOP with a full confession & NOT one of an "accident" that is for darn sure.

I am so taken aback....it is as if UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can KC keep her true self from coming through when dealing with her mother.  Throughout this entire ordeal she has been mean and nasty to Cindy and Cindy has all but kissed her a$$.  And now, with all eyes on her, KC is still shooting daggers at Cindy, still self centered and mean mouthing Cindy for "not being there for her".

I believe KC is able to feel some emotions but compartmenatlizes everything...except when with Cindy.  I have seen KC soul less and cold, but I think she shows even more evil when with Cindy.

I cannot believe her attorneys are not explaining how she is to behave or how to portray herself during the different testimonies.  Strange.

I strongly believe Cindy knows, Cindy is being so detailed that the defense cannot use her, and that she is done.  Should by some strange turn of events KC is released, she will have no family support.   She has, and continues to do herself in.   I am just wondering why Cindy put that large amount  of money in KC's jail account.

yeah and think about it! cindy and george have done this to help her at the risk of obstruction charges! now they have seen the light and realize that they go go to jail for obstructing and... she is treating them with disrespect by saying lies to get herself cleared

I hope the Lippman thing is the first stage of firing back at Casey's allegations of her father's sexual abuse & the defense putting it forward in opening statement based on Tony L's testimony (proffer).  Tony testified that Casey did not lodge any allegation of sexual molestation by her father.  I'm not sure what else it could be.
