Reguarding the clothing in the closet, I took it to mean all clothes in the closet were clean, not that cindy in 1 swoop emptied and washed everything at once. Now washing the clothes from the car bothers me because if cindy were looking to find stolen Caylee, those clothes would have been of value to LE, like dog hair from zannies puppy, dirt from jblanchard.... Just proves to me how early cindy went into cover up mode.

Yes.  It has not moved from the OCSO CSI garage.  It still smells horrible.

NR that was also in the last doc drop.  What I took from it was that the FBI wanted to come look at the entire trunk and the entire interior because OCSO didn't process the entire car.  And I am still waiting to see where those docs are for processing the rest of the car..not the bits and pieces that OCSO sent them.

The clothing being washed was I thought Cindy was more or less saying all the clothing taken from the car had been washed..and anything in the closet had been washed prior.  However almost every piece of clothing that Casey owned showed up as stained at the lab.....yet they couldn't find any DNA per the items we have seen tested so far.  Just thought that was interesting.  Cindy most do all of Casey's laundry...I know that would have been the last thing on my mind at the time.  I also would have given to the OCSO to do whatever they wanted with it..I wouldn't want to put clothing with that smell on it in my house or my washing machine.

Rosebud calls 911 to report "I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

Rosebud said  when they picked up from Amscot on the June 30 there was no odor NO ODOR (that video rings in my ears still..NO ODOR!)


Mid July Rosebud said they found rotten pizza-- whatever it was -- something decomposing in there then goes on about the whole "you know how hot it has been in Florida"

Lastly Rosebud says "Maybe someone put a body in the car after it went to the tow yard. Why don't you call them about their security?"

The car still smells horrible Oct 1, so  Rosebud has gone through many stories and much effort but still looks like an idiot on a cover up mission with each doc dump over the car smell. JMO

I saw a reference to coffin flies in the garbage sack from the trunk and grave wax on the napkins.  I also saw references to botanicals in that garbage, makes me wonder if there is vegetation from the As backyard that could have been scooped up with Caylee if she had been on the ground there initially.  I also thought I saw a reference to the possibility of some of the black plastic being from the As landscaping plastic???  Am I reading these things correctly or am I wrong??  Also wondering if the glass in skanky's shoe could be matched to the beer bottle at the scene??  Just thinking outloud, but please let me know if I am mistaken on these things.

Casey Anthony: Tattoo, duct tape draw reporters' scrutiny

A tattoo and duct tape were the headlines, according to noon newscasts, from the 1,400 pages released today by the state in the Casey Anthony case. She is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

WFTV-Channel 9 said the documents confirmed its report that the duct on the child's remains had a unique marking similar to duct tape the family used to post missing posters.

The badly deteriorating duct tape found with the child is similar to tape found on a gas can in the Anthony family, Kathi Belich noted.

"Three pieces [of duct tape], all connected to the Anthony family, which show the same distinct markings,"  Belich said.

WESH-Channel 2's Bob Kealing also concentrated the oval Henkel brand marking found on the duct tape with the remains and on a gas can from the home. "According to prosecutors, this tape has not been sold anywhere since 2007," Kealing said. "Casey's defense pointed out that the fibers from the tape on the can and the crime scene do not match."


Kealing highlighted that the FBI lab reports said there were no fingerprints on the three pieces of duct tape on Caylee's skull.

He also studied photos of the "Bella Vita" tattoo on Casey's back. Anthony got the tattoo about two weeks before she revealed to her parents that Caylee was missing, Kealing said.

Belich said of the tattoo: "The tattoo artist told investigators when he asked Casey where Caylee was, she said Caylee was fine and with a sitter, and that she'd bring Caylee back with her when she returned soon to get another tattoo," Belich said. "But investigators say she had already killed Caylee and for some reason got this tattoo, which means beautiful life in Italian."

Belich said she found several references in the documents to the heart-shaped residue on the duct tape over Caylee's mouth.

But WKMG-Channel 6's Tony Pipitone said the outline of the heart was not in the photo. Pipitone noted that an FBI analyst saw the outline but says she destroyed it when testing for fingerprints. 

Pipitone looked at photos of the tattoo, photos of the duct tape and photos of a shovel that Anthony borrowed from a neighbor two days after the little girl was last seen alive. The FBI found nothing of interest on the shovel, Pipitone said.

"There's still hundreds of pages for me to go through, and we'll have any significant developments for you later," Pipitone said.

Anchor Erick Weber said, "Ok, Tony, another big glob of stuff to go through, hundreds of pages. So get to it."

I doubt any reporter needed to be told that today.

Hey guys, some of you may have read I wasnt feeling well  so I laid down for a bit, during that time we got hit with a humdinger of a storm & got kicked off line...Im caught up with posts, still reading the package released today.  To be honest, so far some interesting things as well as a few disappointing realizations (IMHO nothing earth shaking, there is plenty to convict this vile creature).

This is a gem from Bill Scheaffer over at WFTV in the video posted already:

"This defense has always been like the shifting sands of the desert, it just seems to change with whatever is released by way of evidence & there is not any uniformity.  And now we're just finding more and more the statements they make regarding the evidence isnt true and it makes them look desperate and it makes them look untruthful, none of which is to Casey Anthony's benefit."

I concur, have said this since July 17th 2008 when we first saw Bozo & Cindy bloviating bunk and bull, belligerently at times I might add.
