You know, sometimes we just get too wrapped up in a situation and our involvement seems to consume our lives. When this happens, it's best just to back away, take a few deep breaths and then re-evaluate our involvement and the toll it is taking on our personal lives.  After I lost my husband to lung cancer (he was only 49) I became a moderator for a lung cancer online group.  It took me years to realize the toll this was taking on my life. Everytime the group lost someone to lung cancer, I relived my situation and became severely depressed.  Like others, I really value Destiny and all she contributes to making this such a special place to visit.  I hope and pray that after taking a few deep breaths, she is recharged and ready to jump back in.  Sometimes, we just need to take a break.  Maybe she knows so much about this case that she feels she might say something that would hinder the outcome of these proceedings tomorrow....as she does have a lot of inside scoop material!!!

I don't know what's up with Destiny...but to lose her at SM is not a good thing.  She does wonders on the phone with people. I have personally heard her before making calls and she is superb...way past superb.  She could get information from anyone...too bad they didn't let her interrogate the witnesses on Aruba...this case would be solved now.  Destiny is one monkey we don't need to lose...ever.  She is way too good to let that talent go...and we need her...here with us.

What would you like us to do?  I haven't heard why she's leaving.  It could be a personal matter she needs to take care of.  i don't know of any problem she's had here in the forum. 

I don't want her to leave I just don't know how to stop her.  Not even sure if it's any of my business.

I guess nothing at this point.  I just don't want her to think we wanted her to leave.  She is so great at calling people and has been such a help to us.  I tried to call her, but didn't get an answer.  It may be that she's just been under so much stress lately and I understand that.  Time away may be the best for her, but I will miss her for sure.

Maybe one of their "friends" handed down this dress.  Caylee looks liked she loved to play dress up.  I know I give my daughters clothes to my friends even thought hey are a little big.

That's what I was thinking - a dress-up dress either given to her as a gift or as a hand-me-down.

Unless someone can say with absolute certainty that Caylee had a dress like the one found, I'm not holding my breath.  I'm really confused by this whole dress thing, actually.  Considering nobody had even read or heard of this leak, it just doesn't seem to make sense. 

Maybe a way to put more pressure on Casey?  I just don't know.  The timing of it is so weird.  The leak that wasn't leaked, but was announced on CNN, lol.

Hey  evryone.....just a thought here, but Im trying to help in the only way I can and so I just figured out how to say something without saying anything at all really......but ....dont you think if that dress wasnt Caylee's  and since Cindy has already said that Casey didnt take any of Caylee's clothes with her,  that since the dress was found and the size has already been leaked out ...Cindy or someone else in that family or their Lawyer or anyone would have already discreted the findings by sayin.....that dress isnt Caylee's.............here's her dress still right here at our house or Caylees dress wasn't a size 6 it was a size _?       That family want s it out there so badly that Caylee is still alive that I believe they would do that first thing and right off the bat......THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!

Nobody even heard about this until NG, right?  Why would Cindy have come out and discredit something nobody even knew about?

How do we know when NG found out about it......may have ben much earlier today .....and with that family being right there in Orlando  Im pretty sure that if something got leaked ..a few drops hit that family fairly quickly...if not them than certainly it spashed onto their Lawyers...that the way the lawyers work......if someone leaked it then Im sure with a little money it could get leaked more than once..not being unfair just telling how things are done whether right or wrong.....

Just to add when the searchers found the clothes at The park did you see how fast it got on the internet with pictures?

Just the other day she was meeting with people from the funeral home.  I think, and HOPE, that this is temporary until things settle down a bit for her.  She has been through a very tough tough time lately, not to mention she is having to keep a tight lip on info that she gets from LP and the body farm.  All this is enough to drive anyone over the edge for a bit.  I very much hope its temporary as she is such a good source, I agree LaLa's

If you watched Nancy Grace tonight, you'll recall that she made a big deal out of the discovery of a dress - similar to a dress of Caylee's - that was "just found" near the airport. During the show, Grace interviewed Tim Miller, who mentioned that the find had been leaked to a "member of the media." I am that "member of the media" and I can provide you with the details of that find.

On Saturday, I received an email from an individual in Florida, who informed me that a dress had been found in a swampy area near the airport - identical to the dress Caylee is wearing in photo #3 at the following web link: www.wftv.com/slideshow/news/17399904/detail.html.

A search group that is not affiliated with Texas EquuSearch made the find. The email went on to describe the item and the fact that the individual had an "exclusive" photo of the dress.

After receiving the email, I contacted Tim to confirm the find. As you can imagine, Tim was quite upset that the information had been leaked. Not only that, but he was also upset because the information the person was providing constituted a direct violation of search and rescue protocol.

Tim told me that the authorities did not believe the dress was connected to the Caylee case. He also said that the dress was "too big" for Caylee. As a result, I chose not to publish that information. The last thing we needed was another media frenzy, at a time in which Tim was trying to determine what to do. Grace has since picked up on the find, which is why I am addressing it now.

I am not going to identify the name of the organization involved, as they should not be judged by the actions of a single person; however, I will say that Tim told me that there are suspicions regarding the origin of that dress and how it ended up in the swamp.

Hi Monkey Friends!

I have been lurking at work all day and came home to catch up, while watching NG.   First I want to say is, Cindy is only hurting herself and the case by talking.  She looks like a fool and just needs to keep her mouth shut, like she has been lately.  She so disgusts me beyond words!

I have read all day the speculation of Tim and TES about his varying comments on NG and saw a post from a seasoned monkey, who has turned her back on Tim, which is extremely disappointing.   Most of you did a great job on defending him and I am so glad, especially my good personal friend Marlee who went to the source!   I know she knows Tim from all her active many searches.  I am pleasantly surprised of all the newbies coming in droves.   This is the best way to gather information, we all have our own strenghts to bring bring to the table.  So, WELCOME NEW MONKEYS!  So glad you joined or came out of lurking!  Your opinion matters!

I am going to say one thing, as you have all brought so much to the table, I won't comment again on what you have already stated.   But I do KNOW Tim personally from attending searches and speaking with him on the phone.   He is the MOST upstanding, genuine sweet person,  I have ever met.  His heart is truly in the right place and does EVERYTHING humanly possible to help these families.   You may see inconsistencies in his statements, but I can guarantee you, it's because of outside events that he has no control over.   There is no doubt in my mind, there is alot of information he holds, that he is unable to release for obvious reasons.  He is very serious about what he does and I would hate to be the person to face him who leaked that information about the dress, if he knows who it is.  He is it in it for all the right reasons and follows ALL the rules to get the job done and asks for nothing return.  Like I said, I have been with him in action.  He has no control of the actions of others.   Because I know the sweet and caring man,  I personally want to beat the crap out of Cindy for her comments about him, as she doesn't know him, whether in denial or not.  You DON'T bash those who are trying to help!  It infuriates me!  It's like hearing somebody attack one of my own loved ones.

I could go on about so many topics posted here today, but this post is long enough, so will let it go for now. I will get off my soapbox for NOW.  And again, WELCOME  to all the new monkeys!  You are all much appreciated!

i cant believe my adrenaline response when i heard that CA said that she didnt wish to ever speak to TM again. U wouldve thought someone came in and hit my child. I was ready to pounce. I haven't been here long enough to make a difference, but I know that sometimes people just get so wrapped up emotionally in a case that it consumes them and they HAVE to take a break. It can affect your health, your family, even your finances. I say that we just offer our support, our prayers, and help, that's all we can do!
