I noticed ANJ!    I thought the comment about GA being biodad was really interesting and a possibility.   You just never know.  I actually knew two girls in HS that were molested/having sex with their REAL dads.   It was the only way they were allowed to go out anywhere - if they would first have sex.   Just saying - it is a possibility.

There were also other pieces of duct tape mentioned found at the site and there was some odd wording about the way the hands were described.  Sorry for the horrid thoughts that come with that.  I can't remember the exact wording, and as usual, don't have the link but I am sure some smart monkey does.

That is what I am afraid of, and it seems to me that maybe the hands were found together, and not dis-articulated like the rest?  I am just so sickened.  I have always been against the DP, but with all that has gone on lately I may have to re-evaluate how I feel.

When I was younger I was completely against the DP. Until a few years ago I changed my mind. My problem now with the DP, is it takes forever to administer it, and while the person is waiting on death row they are isolated from the rest of the prisoners, and get special treatment really when you look at it.

I am against the DP for one reason only....it actually costs the States more time and money then LWOP.  The inmates on deathrow file appeal after appeal.  Guess who pays for those attorney's fees...they use the free attorneys that tax payers end up paying for, as well as the prosecutors.  Then they get special treatment and many are not shunned while on death row..since they never mix with the general population.  And you are normally looking at upwards of twenty years of appeals  per inmate on death row......................that is alot of lawyering revenue being spent to try to overturn a conviction..and that rarely happens.


People magazine just did an article on Scott Peterson's life behind bars.....it ain't perfect but it ain't that bad either.  He has friends on death row, has his female fans sending in money weekly to him so he has plenty of snacks.  Truly Slore's life will not change much from what it is today if she gets the DP.  But if she gets LWOP..then she may have some inmates that she has to interact with that won't take kindly to her.

ANJ -  I forgot to ask -  on your daisy chain chart -   did you include the visits to KC from the pastor?  I think there may have been more than one.   I always wondered if she told her pastor where Caylee was located.

Cindy talking about the "air bag" or air mattress in her depo stuck me very odd.  Saying casey often had it in the car, if she thought "work" might go late......so, makes me wonder if they have these in crib size - how small of one can you get?  Could casey have drugged caylee and put her in the back of car on it on a regular basis? 

3.  Josh OBarr - not sure I buy it, but if true - might have saved his life to have Caylee to live for.  If true, maybe Caylee has a loving parent in heaven with her.
3a.   Cindy will s$it green if this is true and burn her green sweaters and tops and those shamrock pins to. 

4.  Electric chair or lethal injection - maybe I send casey this note (after all georgie asked me to write her - bet he says that on Oprah too).
casey :  sure know you must be having a hard time with all the decisions that face you:  strawberry or blueberry poptarts, frosting or not, red hooo lipstick or school girl pink, lethal injection or electric chair?  Well let me help you with that last one.  One thing you never seem to have experienced, and we all know you tried most of it was to feel.  So, go for the electric chair, might be you last chance to feel anything - oh, sorry and your first.

5. Wouldn't you guys love to see Jeff Aston ask JB,  "You all right?"  after this little change! LOL

6.  Mags - hugs for your ordeal and keep that son safe.  Since they ran, they are probably chickens, but keep that mama eye on him and tell him to be aware to.  The fact that he saw them, worries the mom in me!

That "latent" is a type of print only, it does not exclude all other types of finger prints.  A "latent fingerprint" is just one form/type of finger print that can be detected.  I do not know how else to say it other than that.  There are definitions and explanations on the past few pages that explain it in detail further.

I believe the death penalty for premeditated murder exemplifies  the highest regard for human life.  The implication is if you choose to take the like of another you must be prepared to forfeit your own.

Justice dictates the scale must balance.

True repentence implies God's forgiveness but ... it does not imply that that justice does not prevail for the victim.
