QM, I'm here sweetie.   I had an extremely restless night so I got a very late start today but we had a rather bad storm with pouring down rain & major booms booms.   My satellite went down several times & I was trying to post but I lost internet service for a bit.    I did get caught up reading, now I have to go back a few pages again.   I may continue to have pockets of interruption throughout the afternoon but the storm seems like it will pass my area within a few hours.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to so many here for their kind words, they touched me profoundly.   I just want to let you all know that I respect & appreciate each and everyone of you.   Your friendships, opinions, compassion & sense of humor prove to me daily that good conquers evil in so many daily examples, praise be.   I adore you all.

Blink, I read your post to me & I just wanted to let you know that with mutual respect I appreciate your kind words & thoughts.  How can I say this humbly & lightheartedly, I think I've generally exhibited that I'm rather perceptive in weeding out what has value & truth versus embellished fodder, you know exactly what I'm eluding to there     As you know, we have spoken to a few of the  same sources on several occasions but not unlike you I will continue to analyze with caution & careful deliberation in each case scenario what has merit and what should be taken with a grain of salt.   

Now back to justice for Caylee....Where is our promised doc dump dangnabit!   Is the hold up Bozo's delaying on what was his request via motion to not release the jail surveillance tapes?  I gotta say seeing Kathi Belich's interview with Bozo this morning made my day, what a hoot!     Isn't it ironic that all this putz could muster was asking Kathi where she got her law degree when the world is wondering how he managed to pass the bar out of a cracker jack box!   

I'll post as I can until this storm passes, but I might power off for a bit because we just can't have Capp's puter frying now can we!   Lubs ya all   MUAH!

Maybe someone can answer this for me, but seriously the defense has claimed the infamous nanny took Caylee....why has Baez not deposed Zanaida Gonzalez?  Why is he not deposing anyone with any real credibility to the case PRIOR to Caylee missing?  He is deposing all parties from "after the fact" thus far.  I would tell him to depose Casey, but God knows he would have way too much fun with that.
I would think those who you need to depose the most would come first... ie: Cindy, George, Lee, Anthony L., Ricardo, Zanaida Gonzales, Bullwinkle, Rockie, and Ronald McDonald.  Why prison guards from AFTER the fact?

If the defense tries to humanize her they can use the guards witnessing her reaction.  Talking head does not think Baez is going to go there, think reactions are going to be more valuable to prosecution.

Other talking head says neither side should go near reactions.  That prosecution should stick with forensics and ongoing lies KC told and lay it out that way.

Now speculation about exparte again.  As more depos are made and if people talk about their depos JB's "secret defense" will get out, he is worried people will be able to put the pieces together of where his defense is going.  Going exparte is absurd, unheard of, waste of time. Understand his motive but you just do not do it.

Talking about the depo of the one guard who supposedly overheard Baez and KC.  All lawyers know better to talk about anything of their cases until they are in their interview rooms. Lawyers do not talk to client about case if there is someone else present.  Doubt that Baez said a word to KC outside of room and so the guard would have nothing to contribute.  All lawyers know everything in jail is monitored and taped except for lawyer rooms.  If he did say anything  it should not become public knowledge.

About Conman saying that people are coming out of the woodwork to say stuff about Skank, this just shows how he should keep his mouth zipped.  When a person is innocent, people come out of the woodwork to defend a persons name and say how they are a good person.  They will say how they have never had any indication that a person was bad.  This has not happened.  ALL of her friends say 1 thing-- She is a liar and a habitual one.

That's a good point 3bm! Where are all her "friends" out there supporting her if she's such a good person, how about family members? Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandparents? I haven't seen one family member (besides G&C&LA) in front of a camera to tell us we all have it wrong about KC, she wouldn't do this, yada yada. Conway doesn't even know her, I don't believe he's ever met her? He only started representing G&C since Caylee was found. How could he speak "highly" of someone he's never met????????????

Granted she would not know fashion if it jumped up and bit her in the azz, her hair looks like something even a cat would be afraid to drag home, and her screeching voice could probably break a glass, but she is intelligent, Linda please come to Orlando and slap some sense into Jose.

Deliberations in music producer Phil Spector's murder trial will not resume until next week due to a juror's illness, a judge said.

The jury in the case at Los Angeles Superior Court will return on Monday.

The jurors were into their third day of deliberations when a juror had to go home because of an unspecified illness.

The 69-year-old Spector is accused of second-degree murder over the gunshot death of actress Lana Clarkson on February 3, 2003.

It's a farce, and I have already resigned myself to the fact that Lana will not get justice.  Casey's trial will be a three ring circus as well, only difference, is the good people of Florida won't put up with it, I'm sure when the jurors actually go to deliberate, they actually will put in a full day, and not be so worried about what lunch to order. Work an eight hour day and bring your lunch from home, and work through your lunch hour. That's the way it should be, OMG

LKL Dec 10th, expenses paid by LKL which the Anthonys used to put forward yet another  false lead about a sighting at a fine restaurant in Calif & make blatant lies to the nation about the smell in Casey's car, etc.

3 More People Deposed In Casey Anthony Case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, questioned three more people in her murder case Thursday. Two of them were the jail guards who saw Casey's reaction the minute she found out her daughter's body was found. The defense has accused the jail officers of some serious violations.

The defense grilled jail Sgt. Billy Richardson for nearly three hours Thursday, so long they had to cancel the deposition of another jail officer scheduled for Thursday. The defense accuses the jail of violating Casey's privacy, but the jail says she has no privacy because she's in jail.
