I use to like ND at one time.  A player from here and my kids school was football captain there and then later played for the Steelers during the Super Bowl years.  Since then I have just gotten sick of the way networks seem to always promote and televise their games regardless of the importance of their games.  I do not need to watch ND football every week.  I think there are other teams more worthy of the exposure.

The reason I dislike ND is that they don't play by the same rules everyone else does.. they bought the network and force us to watch them... so I normally don't watch that game.  They also think a spot should always be reserved for them at a BCS game when they refuse to join a conference.  Sorry but they just aren't special to me and I think should have to play under similar situations to the rest of us.

So I too root for whoever they play.

Ok now I'm a badger fan.  Visiting in Michigan this weekend. Should be 30 degrees colder than AZ (100+). I need to see if the Wolverines play at home this weekend. Someone needs to open and close the dawg house this weekends games. Good luck all! Maybe this weekend will some answers to the families and monkeys following events in the rest of the forum.

Yes, isn't this weather nuts?  A week ago we were in the 90's with heat indexes near 100.  Last night we had a frost warning.  I am expecting to look out the window and see snow any time now.

Great game on tonite - Kansas vs Univ S Florida.  Both good teams with something to prove.  I have to work a concession stand at the local highschool football game so I'll only catch the ending.  Darn it.

OhioMUm we will all be sending prayers your way as you take on USC tomorrow.  I read that Beanie won't play?  That is some bad luck.  Will be cheering for you.

Who does everyone else play?  We have a night game vs New Mexico.  Hal Mume is the coach.  Am sure you SEC fans know him.  They have a new defense that is supposed to be crazy... we will be tested.

WAR EAGLE!!!!!

The AU Tigers are traveling to Starkville, MS this weekend to take on Ms State. I think we won't have an easy win, by any means, but I do think this year we'll beat them. I almost hate to do it to Coach Crooms.....
The game will be on ESPN2 at 6:00 Central time, if anyone wants to catch it.


nonesy....I'll have my butt parked in front of the TV tomorrow looking for Nascar. My kids think I'm crazy and that I'm making the dog schizophrenic.....
The weather isn't gonna be great around here either. I'm hoping for something better when Nov. gets here. I just might make that game if at all possible!
