So LP says that JC Penny's (Fashion Square Mall?) has alot to do with when and where Caylee was disposed of. I'm racking my brain trying to figure out the how part.

But wouldn't a sales associate notice the smell?  But I'm thinking she could have paid for the clothes while wearing them.

Ok, now where was the rope????  Cause I really thought Caylee was where all the clothes and the gas cans were, then she would have to go to Pennys that same day and buy a whole new outfit and makeup, right?????

That would be a very good reason why Cindy would be reluctant to hand over credit card records.  I don't think she used the card for baby clothes from JCP and diapers from CVS.

I'm just speculating here..What i have heard on her is cindy will not give the statement to le from her jc penny's charge account..This is one of the charge cards casey stole from her mother so i just feel something is up with this...Cindy doesn't want to give le anymore evidence against her daughter..jmo

JMO I don't think it has anything to do with finding the rope.  LP said the place was never searched before.  I think they are waiting for TES to bring some really cool equipment to recover the body.  And whatever JCPennys has to do with this case, be sure Cindy knows about it as she wouldn't turn over the credit card statements.  Cindy knows and has known for a while.

No, new clothes are nothing compared to photos of her partying at Fusion. There has to be something at Penny's that would definitely point to KC murdering her child! What the heck do they sell there that could incriminate her? I'm sure the timeline too has a lot to do with it. Like buying cement shoes the day your daughter disappears, but those went out of style in the 70's with Hoffa!

No, new clothes are nothing compared to photos of her partying at Fusion. There has to be something at Penny's that would definitely point to KC murdering her child! I think they sell weights..That could weight down a tub..I was thinking she needed new clothes..I just don't know if weights are store or catalog..I may even have it confused with sears

Why would you suspend the body???  Anyone could find the rope unless the rope was buried and that would be too much trouble.  Was the area the rope was found in the same area Red has been talking about?????

Maybe they know the general area.  What if it is a large area?  Do you think they have cordoned off all entrances?  Are they watching it?
What does Padilla mean when he says others know where Caylee is?  LE or
people associated with Casey?  Any thoughts?

JCP sells a lot of home goods like sheets, comforters, and rugs.  The LE did tell TES at one point to search for anything rolled up in a rug.  I know that it came out later that its a typical type of body dump practice, but maybe it was told due to some other reason such as a statement from JCP showing the purchase of sheet, comforter, or rug that is not accounted for at the Anthony home or Tony's?  IMO

No I don't think Penneys has any thing like weights.  Just clothes, makeup, furniture, linens.

Well they may suspend the body in order to come back and recover at a later time for a propper burrial.
The area the rope was found was covered in water after the hurricane had dropped several inches of rain down in the area.
These next few days are going to be interesting.  Right now I see Casey as a cornered cat trying to get out any way she can by means of Baez.

I don't know where red was looking..She may have been wanting to move it to a better place later..She really didn't have alot of time to think..Rumor is the body was moved from her parents home on the 17th i believe..Due to it smelling she had to get rid of it..Maybe she was hoping to find that perfect spot later..jmo

and if so, maybe they have found fibres in the trunk to match...a JCP bill

They found a rope with something heavy attached to it and when they tried to pull it up, the something came off.  I am trying to find out where now.
