The Medical Examiner who performed the autopsy on two-year-old Caylee Anthony is speaking out for the first time since she testified at the murder trial of her mother, Casey Anthony.

INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd spoke with Orlando Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia.

Boyd asked, "Do you believe Casey Anthony killed her daughter?"
Dr. Garavaglia responded, "I think she had a hand in her death."

Dr. Garavaglia testified that she believe'sCaylee's death was a homicide, even though the jury acquitted Casey Anthony of murder.

"Was there any hesitation writing the word "homicide," on that report?" Boyd asked.

"Oh, none whatsoever, I am absolutely sure that this was a homicide. This is a child that is discarded, she is thrown into the woods behind a rotting log with duct-tape over her face."

Gonzalez's attorney John Morgan issued the following statement Thursday.

    We disagree with Judge Munyon's ruling. However, in the end it changes nothing. Casey Anthony will be forced to answer our questions. Some of those questions will be, "Did you kill your child?"; "Where did you kill your child?"; "Did anyone help you dispose of your child’s body?". We will play Jose Baez’s opening statement and ask her to tell us which part of it is a lie. She will then be forced to answer our questions. Her answers may be, "I plead the fifth amendment", but by God she is going to answer all of our questions which could potentially take days to ask. She will have to answer them in front of Zenaida Gonzalez and look her in the eye and sit through another trial. The jury will then determine what they think about Casey Anthony's answers. Additionally, next week I will be moving for summary judgment based on statements Casey made in jail to her mother about our client. There will be a trial. There will be a verdict. Casey Anthony will be forced to sit in the witness chair and give AN answer. I am in the justice getting business and I am going to get justice for my client. She will have her day in court. No one can stop that because we live in America.
