I think (IIRC) that it was printed in the mid 80's .. probably was one of Casey's as a child.

I've been wondering about that ever since I saw the video, and now I know!

Yes, I do.

She left a cherished possession of Caylee's with Caylee because she does have a decent part of herself. We don't see that, but maybe she has this, if you adhere to my theory. (If you don't .. then this is just something that made Casey feel better.) She also had NO idea that Cindy took that book with her to visit her father with Caylee. She had no idea that the video with Caylee and this book would come to the forefront of the world.

I bet Casey went, "OMG!" when this hit the Internet, and she saw that Cindy took her video pictures of Caylee with that book!

Some have mentioned there might be a deal in the works.  Now that LE has recovered Caylee's body, why would they allow a deal at all for Casey or immunity for the A's? 

Good question. Even if they take the attitude that it would save the State money, I can't imagine that they would be willing to cut a sweet deal for Casey because as you said, I think they have what they need for a conviction.

Wow! The same author has a book entitled, "Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus". Is that book where that phrase comes from or did she write a book about that phrase?

Keep getting shut out of my computer, before it happens again thanks for your response, a sad one if true.  But your right it hasn't been identified as fact.

Sit up, and you won't keep falling over on your computer and shutting the lid !     

That book is one for a really young child, I think they call them board books.  The pages are like plastic so they don't tear up easily.  I have some of that kind saved from when my boys were young. so I can see how it would have survived being in the water and I'm guessing that's what it was.

I also wonder if Casey spent any time there with the body or disposed of it as quickly as possible.  If she had to carry that bag it must have been awkward and heavy.  Don't know if she could drive her car into that area or had to park and walk.  I wonder too if she dressed in black like in the day with Kiomarie for the animal burials.

You know, Wyks, I just don't know how to call it. I believe that the discovery phase will direct the defense on how to proceed. They'll see the forensics. They already know how damning the circumstantial evidence is. I just don't know. Part of what the defense would try to plead, I'm sure, is a lesser charge; anything other than murder one.

I have no idea Wyks..I would think that there would be no deals..I would think the SA and OSCO would proceed with the trial if only because of the arrogance of KC and all her lies. Also with the A's because of the BS and obvious disregard for the law & Caylee's life.. JMO

On that note...I'm off to bed.. hopefully my kids will let me sleep for an extra hour in the morning so I don't trip over my own feet, and spill everyones Coffee

You know I don't remember that part about Casey & Kiomarie dressing in all black.   She put her so close to the road, I can't see her hanging around there for a while but this is Casey we're talking about.  What do you think she might have done ?
