I stand with the girl, Natalee Holloway.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

Just to throw my 2 cents in....I don't think the tennis guy is Brough, though I see the similarities some pointed out in features.  I definitely agree with Klaas & TM about the pretty blonde.  I think she's looking past those posing at someone to her right....most certainly not Paulus.

Last night when I was looking at the guy and the look on his face, I was wondering where Paulus' other hand was!

Klaas, thank you for all of the giggles.  I could watch the penguin and Joran all day.

Yes my favourite is the penguin one.

So nice to see Jen well enough to join the posting again and I hope she does not just continue to scroll on by as she brings some very good ideas to this forum for discussion.  It was also great that our Froggy friend once again hopped by with some interesting morsels for us.  I also enjoy all the news texasmom brings us, even though my skills are reading that convoluted language has not improved over the years, and Magnolias common sense contributions. Also I noticed Sharon, Sleuth and Snoopy all posted a few days ago.  I miss you monkeys and the fun times we had together even though this tragedy was so very new and raw to us all.

As for the Freebirds I remember when they were a mysterious (at least to those of us not in the “know”) group of individuals who issued wonderful newsletters on their selected part of the disappearance and cover-up.  When some of them revealed they were or had been Freebirds I have to admit that a few of the names surprised me. But what were more surprising to me were the ones who confessed they were not Freebirds, and for whatever reason does not really matter.  Just that ones I would have picked as being members were not.  This case has been full of surprises all along the way.

Now for the rubber material – years ago a tarpaulin would have been made of very stout canvas and certainly would not have deteriorated in a short time.  Since the wide spread use of plastics and other synthetic materials, tarpaulins or covers have been fashioned from all manner of materials and are usually waterproof.  Again these materials would not deteriorate easily, so if used to cover or wrap a body, pieces or even fragments of the cover would still be in vicinity of the resting place.

I will continue to support Beth in her endeavours to find more answers to Natalee’s disappearance.

As you all have a busy week ahead I will take this opportunity to wish all my monkey friends a very Happy Thanksgiving.

So good to see you Tibro.

I remember when Klaas would post the Free Bird documents, I though they must be the smartest people
in the whole world.  I would envision them in white coats, like scientists, all gathered around a big round
table composing their amazing compilation of information.
 I am still in awe.

Now this is one post I would not mind seeing bumped on every page.

Thank you San - how could I forget this?

OT - how are the pups?  Bet they keep you busy

And I love Klaas' Christmas puppy.  Hope you keep it in your avi all year, Klaas.
