Good morning everyone!!

Do any of you have bad dreams, like way bad nightmares? the kind that you are so into and is so real that you wake up just as tired if not more tired than when you went to bed, from going thru the hell in ur dreams and fighting so hard for things???

Hi SC.   I don't usually have bad dreams, but I know that medicines like Zoloft can make you have really bad nightmares.  Hope that helps. 

well mine get pretty horrible at times like some f@#$% up stuff, and it drains me, i am on citalopram, and it has that side effect, but i have been having these dreams as long as i can remember, and have only been on the meds a short while.

Oh....   I really hope you can get to the bottom of what causes your bad dreams and get some relief from it.   I know its not fun. 

Thank you, sorry, i am just worn out, has happened more frequently lately, i have had them my whole life just progressively worse and more vivid and realistic..

Scary maybe the medicine is making the dreams more vivid. Do you take sleep medicine? That can sometimes do that also, have a lot of wild dreams.

No sleep meds just happy pills. i can always remember having bad dreams even as a little kid, they would re-occur and pick right back up where they left off nights before, when i was little it was like withches and choclote factories and my mom being killed in it. and then like at a motel and my mom and sister were on the hallway outside i was inside door was open i took a big bite of a sandwich and some one came up and slit their throats i couldnt swallow or spit out the sandwich and couldnt scream... just always something worse, being alone in the worl chased by bad ppl in helicopters with night vision, last night was pretty bad, tried helping and abused looking little girl and ended up kidnaped by ppl who abused her and her mom, force fed drugs and sold for sex, tried to escape but refused to leave if i couldnt sneak the lil girl to, her mom was killed we ran, and a war ensued between lots of ppl, was a big operation, ended up at home finally and they had my family , lots of killing blood running, gernades, and not knowing who to trust.... and that is leaving out as many of the graphic details i could...

Rochette thanks supporters in a statement

Canadian figure skater Joannie Rochette and her coach Manon Perron released their first public statement, Monday, since the death of Rochette's mother - Therese Rochette - early on Sunday morning.

Rochette and Perron had said previously that they would not make any public statements until of the conclusion of the ladies' figure skating free skate on Thursday, but an outpouring of support through email and texts prompted them to issue a statement early.

"We both want to thank all the people here and across Canada for their support. We have received so many emails and texts, and we wanted people to know that we read everything that you are sending. We also want everyone to know that these messages are helping us to get through this. We are going to do it with (Rochette's mother, Therese). Even though we aren't able to respond to everyone, please keep them coming for both of us," the statement read.

"Thank you for understanding that we're not doing any interviews because we want to keep the energy and focus for the competition and we both plan to talk to the media when the competition is all over."

Therese Rochette died Sunday of a sudden heart attack shortly after arriving in Vancouver to watch her daughter skate.

Is that what the video is, he nips. The other day one of the neighbor dogs and another neighbors dog got in a little spat, well one went home with teeth marks in her ear. But she is fine, and spunky like usual. I was afraid that the little guy was going to have to be put down.
