Seeing how small that sandbox is.. and yes I realize Caylee is small herself.. I don't see how her body would fit in there unless Casey had shifted the sand (and toys, of course) completely off the bottom where Caylee may have been laying. I'm not sure what the depth of the box is with the lid on, but there doesn't seem to be a heck of a lot of room. And unless Casey was very careful, you'd expect to see at least signs of the sand being disturbed- spilling out of the box, etc. 

I'm not sure.  Still possible, but .. do you think Caylee could fit in there on her side with the lid going on without a fuss? (with the sand in there and the toys in there, so that nobody would have suspected a thing?)

In the interviews released of Jesse Grund, Casey's former fiancé, he told investigators he thought, if Casey were to hide Caylee's body somewhere, she would have put her in the playhouse behind Cindy and George Anthony's home.

"She totally loved the playhouse. Every time I would go inside and play with Caylee, right to the playhouse. Every time she spent a lot of time out there with grandparents and with Casey. If something were to happen to her, I believe that would be the first place she would have put Caylee," Grund told investigators during the interview in July. "If she wanted to place Caylee's body somewhere that would be the first place that she would have put her."

The Anthony's Backyard: Involved a tip that Casey Anthony borrowed a shovel from a neighbor. Two cadaver dogs pointed to the smell of decomposition near Caylee's playhouse.
Casey Anthony's Car: Detectives reported a different dog alerted to the same strong smell in the trunk after the white Pontiac had been abandoned in a parking lot

I wonder if Casey borrowed the shovel to bury Caylee and actually carried Caylee to the backyard the day she backed the car into the garage.  Is it possible that she realized that burying her there would be difficult so she put Caylee back in the trunk of the car and returned the shovel to the neighbor?????  It doesn't look like LE found much when they were digging around.  If they had found the location of an actual grave, they would have had more forensic people in there to dig the sight and do additional forensic tests.

Here are phone logs for Casey from 6/1 to 7/17 they take along time to download so you have to be patient, and easier to read if you use full screen. I found these on a google search and havent gone thru them all so hopefully all the links work ok. Also there are two part 6 but they are different records.

Like her calling the house number from her cell, or vice versa.. w/out George or Cindy realizing it?  To get pings from the house.. while she did whatever she was doing, perhaps elsewhere.

yes, there are several calls between the home and her cell which appear to be on the same towers.  meaning she's either very close to home, or in the home.  perhaps she was looking for her phone, or the parents were calling her and she'd left her phone at home (hard to imagine as much as she talks on it, but she would do it for an alibi, IMO)

Jesse made the assumption that if Caylee were burried it would be near or at her play house as that was her favorite place to be. 
The sandbox is very suspect, but I wonder would traces not be left within the sand?  I know they took samples of sand, but honestly I think if it were sandbox sand a visual comparrison could suffice for a preliminary evaluation given the texture and color of the sand itself.
Many keep saying that Casey is prissy and wouldnt go through the mess of digging or trudging through thick brush in a swamp....I think we are under estimating the means that this girl will go through to be a "spitefull bitch".
She needs a place that she can be absolutely certain that the body will never be found given the stench she has now aquired in her car.  She finds that place, she has done away with the 1 thing stopping her from having her "perfect" life of fun, now to make sure nothing is ever found.  If she killed to get her way, then we know already that she will go to any means for that which she wants....freedom.  Personally I think she would make the hike, dig the hole, swim the swamp...in her mind its all for the cost of her freedom.

LE doesn't seem to be paying any attention to the actual sandbox or the playhouse, so it doesn't appear that Casey hid Caylee's body in them.  They even used the sandbox cover to hold the dirt they had dug up.  Could Casey have possibly hidden her under the bamboo, but the dogs hit on the area where she had laid Caylee while she was digging?  I do know that bamboo grows very quickly and anything that she had dug up would recover pretty fast.  There is a picture a few posts back with Caylee sitting in the sand box.  Behind her is bamboo, so the sandbox was probably furthest back in the corner.  I wonder if she buried her under the sand box and then replaced it.

I believe she buried her either under the sandbox or the playhouse & then replaced it..

I'm trying to formulate the scenario the night of June 15.   Cindy confronted Casey about stealing from her parents and a verbal fight ensued.  This escalated ending with Cindy trying to strangle Casey...poor little Caylee must have heard this (possibly witnessed it) and
had to be frightened beyond belief.  Casey grabs Caylee and they leave the house.  This precious baby probably cried uncontrollably
as Casey drove around with nowhere to go....I think Casey snapped and either tried to quiet her with Cholorform or Xanex resulting in her death....OMG

I was thinking today about the possibility of Casey giving Caylee xanax (Zanny the Nanny). The thought is very disturbing. Think of this. Like other drugs of that type, I would think they are highly addictive. A person builds up a resistence to them and over time need more and more to obtain the desired effect. Not having the upped amount taken over a long period of time would cause withdrawal symptoms. Add to that booze (talking of Casey here). What if she knocked Caylee out with drugs and put her in her trunk. Otherwise, if anyone saw an asleep child in the car, most would call the police asap.
Either lack of oxygen or drugs could cause death or Casey could have purposely murdered her child. Casey finds Caylee dead in the trunk and freaks out (if it was an accident) and drives around with her dead child in the trunk. I know others have thought of this scenario and I am thinking how (in my opinion) this could be close to what happened and I agree with the people that are thinking along the same lines.

Are you saying her anger for her mother outweighed her love for her child? That has also crossed my mind.
