Hi Northern Rose, haven't been on the Tori thread in way too long, have there been any developments??

I have been keeping it up to date on Rodney's bike ride.  Nothing new and not much will come out until trial.  Seat of car has still not been recovered.

Why and how did Tommy get dragged into this ? What motive would Tommy have had to do anything to Haleigh ? He is not the brother that lives in Satsuma. I don't know if he was the brother that was visiting that late afternoon. 
Is Misty is ready to " crack " or does she need some ?
If indeed she is ready to crack up, then she should be questioned again, or better yet arrested for anything.

According to both sources, Misty Cummings' father, mother and brother Hank Croslin Jr. came to the mobile home of Annette Sykes, who is Ronald Cummings' grandmother, about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday.

No and there won't be any info released until the trial and then everything that goes on in the trial will be reported. In Canada, we don't have the Sunshine Laws. Rodney Stafford is biking to a place in Alberta where Tori went on a vacation last year. He is bringing some well needed attention to the laws, rules regulation re the Amber Alert that was never issued for Tori.
On his way out of town today, I went to where he was riding. He had a police bike and motorcyle escort. I wanted to meet him at a public event they were having, but couldn't make it very far from home this week.

thanks Kat soo much for the update, I had held hope her body would be recovered for the sake of the family, I have some friends in Canada who belong to a motorcycle club and who all signed for Tori's law after I had told them I was following this case. I know if there was an event for her they would be interested, please keep me posted.

Reagrding the check for $35,000..........anyone get the idea that Tim is calling Ron's bluff (just reading thru the web and that was one of the Q's I saw) thoughts?

Her body was recovered.  Rodney has her ashes with him and is taking them to Jasper to spread on the mountain top.

Has anyone heard the audio from TN? I just heard the message from HC to TM, and I'd really like to know WHO the witnesses are as the lack of any credibility in astonishing to me

Who ever they are my quess is that their reliability is piss poor.

Hart now has in his posession and has forwarded copies of telephone messages of Croslin making the $35,000 claim and another one from Ronald Cumming mother Teresa Neves from August 18th.

Forwarded them to whom?

Does Putnam County LE have copies of these telephone messages?

The info on the voicemails comes from TJ Hart:

"Hart now has in his possession and has forwarded copies of telephone messages of Croslin making the $35,000 claim and another one from Ronald Cumming mother Teresa Neves from August 18th.

In that message, Neves appeared to be concerned about Misty’s state of mind, saying she won’t even be in the same room as Ronald, and leaves to talk on the phone privately and is acting “crazy” Neves urges Miller to come to Florida quickly because Misty ”is ready to crack’..."

This case bugs me. I don't think that Misty is mature enough to keep the truth secret if she were the one who did something. Do you think she could be afraid of Ronald and she is covering for him? I know everyone handles stuff differently, but he is just not saying the "right stuff". I would expect him to be pleading with whoever has Haylee.  He is not doing that. Why is he staying with her unless it is because she is covering his butt and knows better than to cross him?

This part is most interesting... A little honesty mixed in the lies once again.

Tim Miller from Texas EquuSearch said Croslin Cummings reached out to him for help to find Haleigh and clear her name. So, he paid for the experts to conduct the tests, which Miller said she failed miserably, answering most honestly when asked if she knew who took Haleigh.

"There were two or more people involved," Miller said. "So when Haleigh was taken out of the house, she doesn't know who it was taking her to the final destination."
