Thanks Northern. So if I remember the shapes of the states from Geography back in the 20th century. Illinois has the death penalty. Woo Hoo. He probably won't get it, but it is worth a Woo Hoo anyways. Thanks.

We know that Casey, like Cindy, is all about appearances.  She stole money and spent it on others (she stole from Amy to buy for Tony and his roommates) to make herself look like a big time "baller".  She is all about the illusion that she is "somebody" and worth something.  IMO there was never a nanny at all, the word "nanny" was just another way of making herself look important.  "I have a Nanny", where most would say "I have a babysitter".  Cindy told some truth, "Nanny" was whoever was watching Caylee at the time, "Nanny" was a way that Casey tried to further her front of looking important to those around her.

Sorry to bring this forward from so far back but in reference to the "nanny"..... Georgie told the FBI or LE that he saw a resume Casey had made that listed her experience as A NANNY. That is what Casey thought of as herself, Caylees nanny not her mother, Caylees mother was Cindy in Caseys eyes. I just hope the prosecution remembers this too

 Mother's Day Messages for Cindy & Casey

Happy Mother's Day and be blessed with the love and safety of knowing where your children are. Please keep all the mothers (and families) of those missing children and adults in your prayers this weekend and beyond until we bring them all home!

Please post comments on all of the missing person sites to show your support to these families. Whether its Mother's or Father's Day, a holiday, or a birthday, every day is a hard day and these families do read and appreciate your positive and comforting prayers and thoughts.

This just makes my blood boil - what qualifies Cindy and Slore to be candidates to receive Mother's Day blessings?  WTH?  Slore is a lying, thief and, IMO a murderer!!  And Cindy?? ...where does one begin... she is a lying beotch who enabled all the events that lead up to Caylee's death........I just can't even put into words right now how disgusted and angry I am about this.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's lead attorney called the state's decision to seek the death penalty against his client a "sad day for justice" and said she's "aware of the forces that are out to get her."

Jose Baez spoke with Local 6 News late Monday night after spending about 30 minutes with Anthony inside the Orange County Jail. The visit took place after the state announced that it would be seeking the death penalty against Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

The remains of Caylee, who was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July, were discovered in a wooded lot near the Anthony family home in December. Anthony has claimed that she left her daughter with a baby sitter in June, and the pair was gone when she returned to pick up Caylee.

Baez said the state's announcement was not a surprise to his client.

"She was fully aware that this was a strong possibility. She's aware of the forces that are out to get her," said Baez, who is a strong opponent of the death penalty. "If they think that this is going to make her plea, they're sadly mistaken. They've been trying to intimidate Casey Anthony from day 1 and it didn't work then, and it's not going to work now."

Noted defense attorney Cheney Mason said the state has a lot to prove.

"They don't know the cause of death. They don't know when the death was caused. They don't know who caused the death. They don't know how it happened. This is a far reach. They better have something real strong in their bag of tricks," said Mason, who is not involved in the case.

Mason also said the start of Anthony's trial -- currently scheduled for Oct. 12 -- will likely be pushed back.

"I would say it would be remarkable if this case could get to trial within the next year and a half to two years," Mason said.

"Will it affect the trial? Yes, it may delay it. It certainly will make the costs to the taxpayers to the state of Florida at least triple," said Baez, who is not qualified to be lead counsel on a death-penalty case.

"It changes absolutely nothing. For people to be out there saying I'm going to be off the case or I'm going to be in the background, they really don't know what they're talking about," Baez said.

There are currently eight known attorneys on the Anthony defense team, and three are death-penalty qualified, Local 6 News reported. Also, three other attorneys working behind the scenes for the defense are also death-penalty qualified, sources told Local 6 News.

The jury in the case will now also have to be "death-qualified," which means jurors will be asked if they could vote for death in the case.

Anthony's reaction to the news was not disclosed by the jail or Baez.

Anthony claims she was offered a plea deal earlier in the case, which she rejected because she said she is not guilty.

It's not known if a new deal will be offered.

So JB it changes nothing?  and there are 3 lawyers currently on the case and three in the background that are DP qualified.  So why not give the name, file it and get on with things if you truly have 6 to choose from?  And if JB even remotely tries to say that he needs a continuance so the NEW LAWYER can get up to speed when he stated that 6 DP qualified lawyers have been working the case I am going down to Florida and volunteering for the jury!

O/t - they found a dead lady in Tulsa Oklahoma yesterday.  She was very tiny.  They identified her today by her tattoo.  Her body was in a large trash bag wrapped with duct tape.  It makes me wonder if the person who killed her was trying to mimic the Caylee killing.

Came back for a few before I dive into what I recorded tonight to watch.

Pretty pathetic that the only entities that are assisting them are themselves!!  This is exactly the type of thing KFN has done all along with business they created & are not active businesses and/or set up with fraudelent representation.   It lists KFN which claims Extreme is an extension of KFN, The CMAF which is the Anthonys by Cindy's doing.   That's it.    Now we have to keep it that way!   

As far as the mother's day greeting to Cindy & Casey...OK here is mine   

I will pray for mercy on your souls but that is about it.   Enjoy your day knowing Caylee obviously disagrees with your idea of motherhood, but no worries you'll never see her again, heaven's gate will be locked when you try to con your way in.   I wish you a muther truckin trip to the devil's den sooner rather than later, satan is waiting for you.
