GREEN BAY, Wis. —  A 33-year-old woman is accused of stealing her daughter's identity to attend high school and join the cheerleading squad.

Wendy Brown is charged with felony identity theft after enrolling in a Wisconsin high school as her daughter.

The criminal complaint says Brown admitted to telling school officials she was 15 because she wanted to get her high school diploma and join the cheerleading squad.

She allegedly attended practices, received a cheerleader's locker and went to a pool party at the coach's house.

The complaint says Brown has a history of identity theft. Her daughter lives in Nevada with Brown's mother.

There was no attorney listed in Brown's online court records. Her home number could not be found.

heck, some days people say I don't look a day over 65.  Some times we get lucky.   Saw her on tv news this evening and while in prison garb she didn't look that young, who could tell.  i have seen HS kids that look in their 30's.   She is just a scam artist and I would bet her hubby is also.  The cover story is that she took a job as an undercover agent for a drug sting.  I think it was probably closer to them having a way to collect money through Brown County AFDC.

Probably not, or nothing definitive.  They only way anything would be announced tonight is if Casey confessed, told them where Caylee was and they were pretty certain based on that the body was Caylee's.

I suppose they could say if a body was found and if it was the body of a child.

THIS STORY JUST BROKE ON WESH TV, ORLANDO.

"George just arrived home and jumped into car with bodyguards and the three sped off!"

"LE got a tip from an independent searcher of finding a shallow grave near the Anthony home".

WESH showed 2 Crime Scene cars going to the site now!

When my daughter ... 5' 100' ... was 31 years old ... she had a 17 year old young man hit on her.  This kid was tending his mother's horse which was boarded at daughter and SIL's stable.  My daughter said that she knew by the way he was conversing with her that he was attempting to make an impression and ... had no idea how old she was.  However ... the breaking point came when he asked her what high school she attended.  It bothered her when she was a teen and ... was mistaken for much younger but ... at 31 years of age she was quite flattered.

Probably not, or nothing definitive.  They only way anything would be announced tonight is if Casey confessed, told them where Caylee was and they were pretty certain based on that the body was Caylee's.

I suppose they could say if a body was found and if it was the body of a child.

Just move of the Friday nite drame syndrome that follows all these types of stories.  Everyone goes home for the weekend so there needs to be something to cause a stir until everyone comes back on Monday.  Everything with NH happened on a Friday also.
