I loved when the judge told Kasen that he expected that every question be evaluated before the 5th was evoked.  When Kasen said he let his client put her name and refused to answer the rest the Judge looks  pretty annoyed.  Could that be what the side bar was about?  Can he compell Kasen to revisit all the questions?

How can the Court take Cindy, George, and Lee on their word that "this is not the Nanny" if they have never in fact seen the Nanny and have stated that they never met her???  Would it not just be hear-say then, that their word is actually that "According to Casey this is not Zanny" and not "This is not Zanny"??

Hi Dolce, I did read in the transcripts that Cindy said your name does not have fernadez in it.  Or the gonzles.  I actually did read the doc dumps on the Zenaida Gonzalaz interviews, and it was cindy trying to be her useual smartarse self, and trying to declare "casey never said this was the zanny", now, I am  a lil confused myself, I thought that was a unique neame, but seems its common as john smith here in australia.  George was fired right up at the beginning, and more or less stated money making this lawyer was, and in all fairness, as much as I hate the scamthonys, I kinda agreed with him.  HOWEVER, I think their arrogance and rudeness is going to become a prosecuters dream.  George did quiten down towards the end of that interview, but he was sooooooooo possed to be there, I really think his ATN more or less shoved a pair of socks in his gob.  I know this is rehash, but i am behind, so wanted to state my opinion.  My brother spent time in jail, he didnt kill noone, but he did catch his woman in bed with another man an give the bloke a punch, and hit his woman, then he spat at a cop and he got 6 months.  I used to visit him in prison, and he was in with murderers.  one man used to dress as a woman in these big high heeled red shoes, and blow kisses to my other brother LOL.  I got these beautiful letters from my brother, now we hate each other, but anyway, all these men aked my brother if they could write to me.  I woulda said yes.  but my brother never let them.  i said yes, for curiousity in what nakes a killer.  My brother was in jail before brians murder.  Yet the killers got less time.

Well the whole hearing was pleasantly satisfying. Am I kidding!!!

That was a blast!!!!

Yep,and all of this could have been avoided if somebody would have snatched a knot in Casey's a** in the beginning,and got her to tell the truth.
Everybody that covered for her deserves everything coming their way.

No Kasen was asked to aproach the bench after he went to take a stab at the Prosecution yet again.  Something about having courtesy being extended to him as he received a phone call yesterday while in Ft. Lauderdale about something scheduled for today....it got so jumbled I did not make it all out....before I could understand the Judge required him to aproach the bench.

I totally agree, Sunny!! The judge knew what he was going to do based on what had already been submitted. He just used the courtroom opportunity to establish a few ground rules............

They were there to argue they told Morgan this is not "Zanny" which is nothing but hearsay considering they never met or spoke to a "Zanny the nanny" Cindy lied about having a phone number for a "Zanny."    They are just digging themselves further.   Also, don't forget the defense filed a motion for sanctions - I'll bet they are going to be idiotic enough to make a claim that they were mistreated or that the depositions in the matter were improper...well first thing Judge Rodriguez will ask Kasen is why he was not present for any of them.    The judge read the deps, realizes Casey refused to answer under oath a simple question that would possibly give merit to drop the suit AND he also sees the inconsistent statements by witnesses...nope, it will go forward.
