Bob Keating said our sources are telling us that the results on the duct tape are complicated and open to interpretation. I don't like the sound of that.

That bothers me too.We'd be happy to try interpretation if they'd give us the documents. 

 

Don't understand what that means- either there are fingerprints or there are not.

I know that makes no sense at all.

No Rose, I love your avatar, but your Horse shoe is upside down. I have always been told horseshoes need to have the ends pointing up so the luck doesn't run out. I guess I am just superstitious.

I think there are 2 sets of documents, 500 and 1,100.  One is a preliminary and fingerprint info was inconclusive and then there is another set with the conclusive fingerprint information.

I heard one guy say that there were close to 5,000 pages! Maybe he had his comma misplaced. I hate when I misplace my commas, they are so tiny they are hard to find!! If the dog gets them, kiss them goodbye!

arrg, I missed cage change, I was off looking for a German Shepherd....  I am waiting to hear back on a couple of VERY LOVELY black n tan girls as well as going to look at a black and tan boy puppy this weekend. If I get a girl Turbo,will let you know.   

That would be great. Mine has a long champion police dog blood line and his stud fees are usually $2500, but all I want is one out of the litter to train.

I am guessing that is him in the avi? if so he is lovely.

Sorry to post the fugly dog and run. But I forgot my phone at work! I swear, my life passed before my eyes! No phone, no communication! It was horrible! I had flashbacks of the 80's! I may need to lie down a while! My boss called and said she would meet me to return it, so I dashed out. I feel better now. I'm exhausted. 

Flashback to the 80's? I didn't get a cell phone until the late late 90's. What a very nice boss you have to meet you. Got your nanners this afternoon. Boo. Left a reply of thanks!!! You are wonderful.

JSM - don't feel too bad - my DH did not get a handheld cell until LAST YEAR when I gave him my old one - until then it was a mounted to the car one!  He still will not carry it with him unless it is for a specific reason.   

That's funny boyzmom. My mom and her husband go through phones like crazy now. Once they are through with one, I get it!! They gave me a palm phone, just got their old blackberry phone. I don't know what phone is what. I can hardly figure the old one, much less get the new one to work.

I don't like to take personal shots too much, but I hope LKB has that bale of oat straw styled a bit before that "statement". 

About duct tape:  I can imagine a scenario where there are no prints and that it points to premeditation rather than a careless act of just slapping it on.  Ick.  It makes me cringe thinking about it.

Through this case, I have really learned not to trust the media.  They so want to be the *first* with the news they will post anything.

One says, Casey's fingerprints are on the duct tape, another say no they aren't and yet another says, it is up to interpretation.

The only thing I believe anymore is the documents themselves.  Not that I believe the statements of individuals but I believe the forensic material.  I am just not sure they are going to give us all of the pertinent facts.  I know the Sunshine Law makes them give most of the material but I think they must be able to keep somethings back until trial.

I still think that even without the duct tape, there is enough evidence to convict Casey of first degree murder.  Monkeys don't be disheartened if there is nothing on the duct tape, Casey is going down.  Justice for Caylee.

7 PM ET - On the heels of reports that bombshell new documents are set to be released by the State, George and Cindy Anthony's attorney says he will prepare the family for what's to come inside those hundreds of pages. The documents are already in the hands of Casey Anthony's attorneys. According to sources, the evidence is not good news for the defense. The documents are reportedly said to contain evidence seized from the Anthony home shortly after the discovery of Caylee's remains. Defense attorneys Jose Baez and Linda Kenney Baden are set to release a statement once the discovery is released tomorrow morning. (From Stacey Newman, Nancy Grace Producer)
