So I just got home and I am sitting here crying like a fool because I have been praying all weekend that this baby would be found....to know that Tim Miller is so discouraged makes it even worse.

We have to keep hoping and praying....Casey is not that smart....what is in darkness always comes to light. 

She will be found....I have to believe that.  I really think somebody besides Casey holds a major key in this thing....somebody needs to crack or grow a conscience and come forward and tell the truth.

I'm sitting here watching 48 Hours Hard Evidence. It's about 27 year old Christie Wilson in Sacramento... Mario Garcia was convicted of killing Christie and they had found dna and a hair in the trunk of his car.  Anyhooo an interesting story, and shows that he was convicted without a body being found. They have been searching for 3 years to find her...

There's an area next to the river/water near Blanchard Park that LP believes needs to be checked out.  Tomorrow morning divers are going to search there.  It has to do with where a necklace that looks alot like the one Casey has worn before was found by a tree.  Tuesday at 9AM, Leonard announced there will be a Memorial held for Caylee at Blanchard Park.  That is the abridged version.

Going back a few years I believe, a young woman whose Mom was murderered & disposed of.  The young woman was approached by the Prosecutor that the newly convicted perpetrator (iirc it was the Mom's bf or husband) was offering to disclose the location of the body if he would be given $40,000 & some consideration with lightening the sentence in some way.  That brave young woman thought about it & then went on to explain to the Prosecutor that she wouldn't be willing to give the murderer even 2 cents or any kind of leniency consideration due to the fact that her Mom was with her God & that she was sure that he had hidden her well & that the location she was sure would be peaceful & that her Mom was safe & happy & the murderer was going to miserable for the rest of his life & that his maker would be taking it from there.

I found it inspirational her ability to disallow the revictimization & totally hold the murderer accountable & she was a young woman but oh so wise.

See, I still really think those things found in Blanchard Parks were Caseys.  I think after she killed her, she drove there and just threw a fit.  I think she screamed and cried as she empied out the car.  Then set down and tried to figure out what to do.  She called everyone she knew, and then decided to take it on herself......

Remember the little girl Casey was corresponding with and then the little girl heard on the news that Caylee was probably dead and got really upset and the parents had to take her to the hospital...anyway I thought I remembered that Casey made the child a necklace out of beads and sent her a stuffed animal.  Maybe it was the child that made the necklace for Caylee.  If Casey made the necklace maybe it was out of the same beads and they can find out.  Does anyone remember this?

It took six days for Charlotte to be reported as a missing person, during which time Rose had the opportunity to return to the reservoir and move the body which, the team believes, accounts for it not being found to date.

The massive search for her body continued and, in addition to the police search teams, local ramblers, cavers and the coastguard as well as forensic specialists and military air support were brought in to comb what was a large and varied geographical area around Slade Valley. The geography comprised of clifftops, fields, beaches, woods as well as the reservoir itself and the sewers beneath Ilfracombe. 150 million litres of water were drained from two reservoirs and there was still no sign of the body.

Det Insp Burgan said: “In the absence of a body there is a huge amount of work to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that someone is no longer alive. Even the simplest of things such as profiling blood stains were difficult to establish without a body.”

One of the problems that faced the prosecution throughout the investigation was the defence’s biggest argument that there had been several ‘sightings’ of Charlotte after she had been reported missing.

“Because of the national media interest by the time we came to court there had been several ‘sightings’ of Charlotte that we couldn’t fully disprove,” said Det Insp Burgan. “These were heavily used by the defence to say that Charlotte couldn’t have died when we said she had.

“We did disprove a large number of these sightings, but by the time we came to court there were a small number that we still couldn’t completely negate.”

The case finally went to Exeter Crown Court in early 2004 and the trial lasted six weeks before the jury, after deliberating for 25 hours, returned the guilty verdict.
