Are they talking about Dr Vass's "sniffer" machine, the equipment, or instrument that's going to make him rich? Is that why no one is able to replicate the experiment? Sorry if I'm lost, had to shut down my puter due to weather and lost my cable for a while too....

Janet, standard DNA test done on all Anthonys, including Cindy, and George was already eliminated through this. 

IMO, to honor such a suggestion is just more than it deserves.

Okay -- I think we need to resolve this -- herein lies the confusion as I see it: George was never given a "standard" "stand alone" paternity test. HOWEVER, ALL of the Anthonys were tested for DNA samples. It is MY understanding that Lee and George were eliminated as Caylee's father through these all encompassing DNA tests

Ashton said something that sounded like it - (on purpose he did this) but he never said George Anthony was excluded.

Well.....it certainly shows where the confusion comes in if nothing else.

yeah......... the defense opened the door in the shift to the burden of proof. The State rightfully has that burden. Sims has caused this by her questions.

Dont ask the question, get them another way which Ashton is perfectly capable of doing.   The defense is not harmed if they want to open the door & they attempted to discredit Dr Vass.

geez! it should not be so easy to get a mistrial! if that happens, any defense attorneys like these jackasses could do this crap and get a mistrial when they know their client is guilty and has no chance of winning!!

The duhfense doesn't work with anyone, he77 they don't work at all and I don't think they get along with each other either. The DT has been harping for a mistrial and I don't think they'll "work" with the state to save anybody or anything...MOO

Just my understanding; I'm not a lawyer! If the burden of proof shifts to the defense, it's grounds for mistrial. The question is whether that has happened. MOO!

That is what i was thinking to. The defense always screams mistrial they are certainly not gonna help if this is in fact a reason to have mistrial
