If Kronk is truly clean,  then I don't blame him for going after LP.

We haven't heard much from LP for at least the last 10 days.  Maybe this is why.

Well that is a bunch of hooey!   Why?  Because MANY talkheads & news anchors have made the same similar statements that they do not trust Mr. Kronk's account or if he knew someone as to why he repetitively went back to that area.  It seems Kronk & his attorney are equally as much targetting Lenny.  For at least 2 weeks it was a main topic even on national news (not involving LP) debating Kronk's involvement in this case...is he going to sue all of them?

You know, I have thought about the cloth having been soaked in CF and the tape, but I would think the cloth would have stuck and been found on the tape, if the hair still was.  Additionally, or at least - duct tape glue residue on the cloth......so maybe the cloth was used, but I can't see it being held on by the duct tape.

You would think that would be the case, since I've never used duct tape, but from reading everything about it, one would think there would be residue on the cloth, but then taking into account the months and bad weather maybe not.

So I am thinking along the lines that KC overdosed Caylee, accidently killing her. 

Wanting to get away with the killing..Thought up the whole kidnapping thing..put duct tape around her mouth to support the kidnapping if and when they found Caylee's precious little lifeless body. 

Scooped Caylee up in the blanket, toy horse getting stuck in the blanket, thinks sticker was loose on bed..and it happened somehow to get stuck on the tape. 

Would like to know if they found the stain on the canvas bag.

When I first heard about the duct tape my first thought that she staged it to look like a kidnapping. What I would like to know, and I'm sure we will not find out until the trial, is, was there a tongue depression found on the duct tape?

I've felt that it might have been an accident, but lately I believe it was probably done out of anger/frustration/desperation. JMO-I think it happened the night of the fight with CA. I think she left the house P.O.'d with CA and wasn't gonna leave Caylee with her, but Caylee was probably upset as well and may have been crying uncontrollably. Either she wanted KC to comfort her, or she was crying for her gramma. I think KC was still livid with CA and couldn't control Caylee so out of her anger/frustration/desperation she duct taped Caylee's mouth (that's assuming she had it in her car-maybe since the no clothes party?). Maybe she put too much on, covered her nose too, left it on too long? Maybe KC thought she just fell asleep and didn't even check on her for some time. When she realized what happened she couldn't go home, she knew it was her fault so had to start covering up and thinking how to get out of it without being blamed. Or possibly, she put the duct tape on knowing she would stop breathing? Who knows? Anyhow, she drove around with Caylee in the trunk for several days, till she went back to the house to get the garbage bags & laudry bag to put her in. By then the car smelled bad, and she knew she had to get rid of the body. After she left Caylee in the woods, she put together her kidnapping story, avoided her family, and told friends Caylee was w/the nanny. She had to know the more time that went by, the more the evidence would deteriorate out in the woods. In the meantime she had her kidnapping story ready for when she needed it. The thing I'm thinking though, what if someone just happened upon those remains out there, before KC was confronted by CA & they called 911. What if someone was just walking out in those woods and came upon them, what was she going to do/say? Was she buried well enough that KC didn't worry about that? What would she have done/said if she were found before anyone knew she was even "missing"??
I'm just spouting out my theory here, maybe I'm way off, I just don't know! I gotta stop thinking out loud!

What are your thoughts about the chloroform being in the trunk...and it being "slipped" about the defense saying it was may have been an accidental overdose?

Not sure about the chloroform, where or how it might fit in. In my theory of her killing her out of anger the night of the fight, the cholorform doesn't really fit in unless she already had it mixed up and in the car. I do believe it's possible about the choloform. Maybe she did use it previously on Caylee, and did give her too much (either accidentally or purposely). Not sure on how it ended up in the trunk, but we do know that Caylee had been in the trunk for several days. There is also the possibility of it being used by G&C to clean the trunk after they got the car from the tow yard. Not sure I believe that,  but it is a possibility I think. Of course if KC & the A's could just all come out with the truth, we wouldn't need to all be sitting here speculating what we think happened. Why G&C cleaned out the car when they both admittingly knew it smelled like a dead body?? I don't know how they can't understand that people have a hard time believing they didn't do it to help cover up, and not that they just wanted to have the car tidy & clean! Even if they didn't know Caylee was killed and left in that car, they knew at that point she was missing and that KC's car smelled like a dead body. What reason do they have to clean that car knowing what they knew??? Suppose there was another dead body in that car, and KC was in some sort of trouble. Why would they clean that trunk out if they didn't know the story at that point?? When they first got the car back, they could have found out that someone did leave a dead body in that trunk by someone who then took Caylee as a warning to KC. I KNOW that didn't happen, but how the A's did NOT know that, not that early on!! That was the first day they "found" KC after trying to find her & Caylee for a month. They knew they hadn't seen Caylee and were already very worried about her. Why were they not worried enough to NOT clean out that trunk????

Sorry, went off on a tangent about the trunk, it just evolved that way. Ok, I'm a little behind so going to go back reading to catch up!!

Well, well so Putnam County put a restraining order on Whoraldo!! HA!  No wonder he was in front of the Orange County Courthouse with Baez the next evening...and by the way his comments there were no less ridiculous & trying to insinuate wrongdoing by LE & the prosecution in Caylee's case.

I don't know anything about this guy.   I just stumbled upon this article when I was looking around this morning.   I also saw his article on the toilet fiasco.  I thought that was probably BS.   This might be, also.   I guess we'll find out, eventually!

That was written BEFORE the last doc dump where we did see a journal. I wonder if the pages which were torn out were the ones which they are talking about.

Someone said this blog is satire, but I am not sure they were referring to this particular part of the blog, or the one with the doctored photo of Casey with a black eye.  I kind of called this author out in the comments and have been waiting for an answer.  I will believe this when I see it.  If it were true Baez would be aware by now that he is in way, way over his head.
