  I have stated once that I have a close family member who owns a business in PC. I am familiar with local rumors and facts in relation to Haleigh's case and other persons in PC. I am frustrated that I cannot relay inside info because it could endanger the investigation.  I can give you my theory as to what I think  may have happened on or about the am./pm. that Haleigh went missing.  I think Ron was in trouble and feared for Haleigh. I think he and Misty may have conspired to setup a fake abduction to spare her from real harm. Misty's fear of Ron may have led her to go along with this plan. There are many Cummings in PC and they are feared especially Ron. Ron has been to my relative's place of business before and after Haleigh's "abduction". I have been informed that he gives off very bad vibes. I hope that indeed this is what happened, that she is safe somewhere. I believe Misty is in serious danger as to what she knows. I do hope that this posting is not improper. I can backup this info if necessary.

  I remember you stating that before about a close family member in PC. Well, if that is happening, that little one better be found quickly and brought to her mom. I got bad, bad vibes from Ron just looking at him the first time, I can imagine seeing him in person.    If this is indeed what has been happening all these months, I don't personally, but I will be more then happy to eat all my words that I think Haleigh has passed on. Ron and his sick little family better be thrown in jail and the keys thrown away if this has all been a very sick scam. Thanks and welcome.

Good Morning.  I for one DO believe that they could pull this over on LE.  LE seems (to me) to be afraid to put much effort in finding out what happened.  I go back to the long arrest history of Ron and nothing, nada, nothing EVER happens to this boy.  Why?  LE lets him scoot right on out of every scrap he is in.  Again, Why?  This should have been a very simple case from the beginning but what happened that they could not break a little 16 yr.old?  Doesn't make sense to me.  It is just my opinion that LE is not on the up and up in that county.  Something is not right about the goings on there.  Too many people spill in and out of jail and the poorest of the poor are always able to bail out rather quickly.  Again why?  JMO

If you look at recent videos of Ron walking, it's apparent that he has trouble walking in a straightforward fashion, as if he has a medical condition or something.  It looks like he could be pushed over by a small woman.  Nope, he's not scary to me.  (Maybe Misty got physically aggressive  with him, scared him, so he asked for a divorce.  haha.)

I have heard that there is some messy crap going on with Palatka LE and I am inclined to believe it.  However Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and the State Attorney's Office are involved in this case and I don't think that all of these organizations are that incompetent.

If a 16 and a 25 year old, uneducated, small town couple can pull the wool over those involved in these organizations, then I think the investigators need to fold up shop and find themselves different careers. jmho!

 ::MonkeyKiss::Thank you monkeys for the warm welcome. In reply to Heart's questions, it is my personal view that I believe Haleigh is Ron's most precious "possession." True I have no personal information on the violence committed by the Cummings I know only what I have been told and that most of them are crazy and dangerous and to be feared. There is a motorcycle club run by Briar Cummings who is one  of the nicer Cummings. I think with so many Cummings that it is possible they could pull this off. I am aware of the state  of Ron Cummings the am/pm when Haleigh disappeared which I can't go into but I believe a threat was real and imminent. Please remember, what I have said is part rumor, my personal view and some based on facts. As far as Misty I know real fear from personal experience and what it can do.  For a 17yr old with her personal habits and hormones I think she is way over her  ::MonkeyEek::head.  It is my greatest hope Haleigh is alive, happy and healthy somewhere.

That still does not explain your post and why the Cummings are feared.  Has Lester Cummings been charged with rape, killing, torture, shooting, etc.?  And what does this have to do with the towns people being afraid of RC.  Just asking to get an understanding of your post.

  It is "common knowledge" in the area about the C's, that is all I know my female relative has told me, and her personal experience with "Rooster" recently. She was at a local "watering hole" and he came onto her and knowing what she knows, that he can turn on a dime, she slowly extricated herself from the situation. She is no kid and a woman of the world and normally people fear her lol. This was one evening last week. Of course rumor is what it is and nothing more. She has encountered Ron Cummings more then once before Haleigh disappeared and since then and she finds him to be very creepy and arrogant.. She has been in PC for 4yr.s and had never experienced people like those in PC. She came from a  upscale area in FL. There is no end to the disdain she has suffered. In fact her business is suffering do to that and the economy and she can't wait to get out of there.The sooner the better.

 :gaah:To say much more about my realtive might expose her and that would be a bad thing. I will tell  you that LE knows more then they are telling about events just prior to Haleigh going missing, this is a fact. As far as Misty and Ron pulling this off I believe personally they may have had help from a female relative who is wise to the ways of PC and life there and how to survive it. It's a world that most of us are not familiar with.
