I can solve Baez and Casey's problem, simply arrest her on murder charges without bail.  Then she will be safe from the evil protesters.

"house keeping" generally means they have documents or other issues related to the case that need to be attended also.

So, they make few moments to address those issues before moving on. They are not the most important issues, but do pertain to the case.

Exactly. Well, she wants to be off house arrest to "search." Seems to me like that would put her safety in more jeopardy. Throw her in JAIL!!!!

I have to admit, I was halfway thinking his looking like an idiot previously was maybe just to throw people off and in court he would show us all--but nope, he really isn't very good is he? Geesh.
