  I just cringe when their music is on. When I was growing up it was not cool to say you liked the Carpenters. I will admit that a few of their songs I liked, but one thing for sure, Karen Carpenter had a very beautiful voice.

no rose, you got me hooked on the puppy cam. LOL

Those lil guys do not stay still for more than 5 seconds, and that is when they are sleeping.

The mom has left for a well deserved break.

I swear this lil guy's body looks just like a pig to me. LOL

Exchange his head for a pig's head and his tail for a lil curly one, and voilà, a piglet. LOL

I always wondered why people gave dead people flowers and gifts. I'd think they might have liked them when they were alive. Not dead.

Probably just to make themselves feel better, is what I have surmised.

I liked J.D. Salinger. His Catcher in the Rye was banned in so many schools and libraries, it isn't funny.

CANTON, Ohio -- A Canton man remains in jail after being arrested for urinating on a meat counter at a Wal-Mart store.

Controversial Inmate-Release Law Takes Effect Monday

SACRAMENTO -- Starting today, California will begin to reduce its prison population by about 6,500 inmates over the next year.

The new state law was signed as part of last year's state budget package.

Finance officials estimate the measure will save the state about $500 million its first full year.

Under it, early release credits for inmates who complete educational and vocational programs will be expanded, letting more inmates leave prison earlier.

At the same time, the state will stop its monitoring of low-level offenders after their release.

That is designed to reduce the number of parolees returned to prison, essentially because the state will not know if they are violating the terms of their parole.

I'm not really sure why people do that, it is just something that I just grew up with, and really never thought about it. That is a great book, and yes one that seems to be on the banned list

I cannot go on my Gov Arnold S rant, I will loose my mind. All I can say he is almost out of here, and I'm going to vote for Jerry Brown. Arnold makes me ill, I hope him and the family move out of this state when his time is up.
