Good morning everyone. I heard on the news you all will be getting a warm up. And we will be cooling off with rain 

Boy.... ready for a warmup.  I have to keep using the hair dryer to thaw out the pipes under the kitchen sink.  I have to leave it dripping and if we forget and turn it off, it starts to freeze.  I am enjoying my grandson today.  He is feeling much better, playing and having fun... yay!  His sister is still in the hospital under an oxygen tent.  Hope she is feeling better soon... she worries me as she is not breathing correctly.  Thanks for all your prayers.

Good Afternoon Monkeys....

I took Josef to daycare and since he was already there I went ahead and made an appointment for him to see the vet. Of course, he didn't do the flinching thing he had been doing. The vet checked him out, tugged on his back legs, said his range of motion isn't so good and prescribed rymadil. He said he could do xrays and stuff, but we can try this medicine and if he is better by Monday we will take him off of it and see if the symptoms come back. I asked him if he thought Josef was in good health, he said most definitely that he would never have thought he was 12, more like 7 or 8. He also said he was glad I brought him in now rather than later for the arthritis because we can nip it in the bud. Finally he didn't think I was crazy

No of course you aren't crazy, poor baby is sore from arthritis, I bet this will help a lot.  JSM I thought I would ask you this question, knowing you work for doctors I figured you may know the answer. I finished the three pills the doctor gave me. After the first pill I felt better, now all three pills are gone, and I'm a crabby *itch, and slept all afternoon because my head is hurting bad, though my earache is gone. My husband said just because the three pills are gone it still takes awhile for the infection to go away, is he right? Or do you think I have to call Monday and get more or different antibiotics? Vet thinking he was in good shape as a 7 or 8 year-old is great!

Hopefully he'll be able to take Josef off the meds come Monday.

  That's because when I come on in I try to be cheerful, but I'm wearing my pajamas, and I swear if my husband or daughter ask me one more stupid question, they better look out

I hope his medicine works. He is asleep right now.

If you have finished the antibiotics, then your husband is right about them still taking effect. I would call the doctor if your head is hurting that bad. It may be a reaction to the antibiotics, I really don't know. I would call the doctor asap if it is really bad.

 The only reaction i get with antibiotics is belly trouble.

Skating was great, after class we went to her office and watched youtube videos of the other coaches at the rink because my friend had never seen them before. She worked our butts off today.

I hate antibiotics, I also get stomach trouble. No I don't believe I got any reaction to speak of from them, I guess I just figured my infections would be all gone by now after taking the three pills, but that must be wishful thinking. And Brandi you better be careful not to ask me a stupid question  Just kidding. Good thing, we are having Pizza Hut tonight

Yes, JSM how did skating go today 

It went well. I got there really early, I didn't know how long it would take me, but it was good. Lots of people at the new rink taking lessons. Lots of beginner adults. I will start my private lessons on Tuesday. My competition is Valentine's weekend, so I don't have long to get my new program ready.

It takes awhile for them to work, sounds like they have helped your earache. Pizza Hut sounds wonderful.  I should get that tonight, but I really need to lose weight.
