I certainly hope George has done the right thing and told all he knows.  It had to be a gut wrenching thing to do.

I also hope we find out something today.  I really don't think it will take the GJ long to come back with an inditement.

An emotional George Anthony did make a short statement before entering the courthouse and asked that people stop at 11:00am and pray for his granddaughter, Caylee. It was unclear the significance of the time.

Channel 9 reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car and jurors will hear how investigators found that potentially deadly chemical in the same spot where Caylee's body had been at one point.

I agree...when he said his focus is and always has been on his granddaughter...and then said I love my daughter, wife and son....was to me very telling....he loves them...but he is going to do the right thing for Caylee...JMO

thought the same thing....almost like the message was for them....it's time to stop the lies and tell the truth

same with me...how he held back his tears was amazing to me...I expected him to break down at any moment....I am really glad MN set the guidelines right away...and it did seem that the reporters respected it, hopefully realizing how difficult this had to be for this man

Yes, I can see that they would pick her up in order to involve suicide, escape or other incident.

Thursday, Casey's attorney said it's not in her best interest to tell what she knows about where Caylee is.

"It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life," Jose Baez said.

Jose Baez on the Today show this morning

11:40 a.m. Defense attorney Jose Baez was on the Today show this morning, where he told host Meredith Vieira that it would be a "pointless venture" for prosecutors to call Casey Anthony to testify at a grand jury proceeding.

Baez made the comment one day after reports surfaced that prosecutors will seek homicide charges against Anthony. An Orange County grand jury is scheduled to meet next week, starting Tuesday.

"I doubt they'll call her, but if they do, I think it will be a pointless venture," Baez said.

He said it's Anthony's right to not testify.

"I don't think it's in her advantage to testify in a proceeding where it's a one-sided affair."

After more than an hour with an Orange County grand jury, George Anthony has completed his testimony. Anthony appeared somber as he waited for the elevator to take hm back downstairs. All the while he held a plastic folder with his missing granddaughter Caylee Marie Anthony’s picture on the front.

“Mr. Anthony answered all the questions he was asked,” said his attorney Mark NeJame, “Beyond that we’re really not allowed to comment.”

We’ve also seen the canine handler whose cadaver dog “hit” on the back of Casey Anthony’s car and the Anthony’s back yard.

One court deputy said she believes there are about a half dozen witnesses to testify. It’s also believed that this is the only case the grand jury is hearing.

ok, I am going to say something and I am basing this only on this video and on George's facial expressions.

George is NOT in denial anymore. He is heartbroken. He is grieving. George is going to tell what he knows and tell the truth.
