ORLANDO, Fla. -- A woman who said she had an affair with George Anthony after growing close to him during the search for his missing granddaughter has been subpoenaed to testify in his daughter’s murder trial.

Krystal Holloway received a subpoena to testify for the defense at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. That does not mean she will be called on Tuesday.
In an interview with Local 6 reporter Tony Pipitone, Holloway said she is upset the defense used her as a "scapegoat” in its opening statements ::snipping2::

She may be the one who created reasonable doubt by what i read in her interview with LE

She is too easily impeachable. Her background and just the fact she has lied to LE already will do her in for the jury. I am guessing George did say that before he decided she was dead, OR to cover up for KC.  I am thinking it was more of a cover up, but if the jury believes this woman, then they will believe her story about how George had her up against a wall choking her accusing her of killing Caylee.

As far as I know, her mother was from PR, and Jane grew up in Manhattan.  Jose Baez is from Puerto Rico.

As far as I kmow Baez is of Cuban descent.

She is bringing up a good point...she shouldn't turn our back on Bozo thinking he IS that incompetent.  She said her twitters say it is a conspiracy being set up by him for a mistrial.  After listening to Shaeffer  today..she may have a point.

I vote for Jenny Craig commercial.

She'd make everyone lose their appetite.

I have to disagree about Krystal Halloway./River Cruz being able to testify to anything George told her.  That is hearsay...it cannot come in through her.  Doesn't matter if they have a depo. or if she gave a 1000 interviews...you cannot get what George said to her into this trial.  He could have confessed that he killed Caylee to her...it still cannot come in. I think Bozo only wants to try to 'scare' & embarrass George and more 'Red Herrings' to take our focus off of him.

Now Bozo can ask her 'Did you have sex with George?"....Prosecution will object as to relevance....SUSTAINED!
He can ask her 'Did he tell you blah?'  Pros.: Objection Heresay  ...SUSTAINED!  

And before she ever gets on the stand there will be a sidebar to ask Bozo what is it he wants her to say.  Anything other than what SHE did and what SHE said cannot come in.

I must admit I had a misguided first impression of Mark Nejames. I used to travel quite a bit to Orlando and used to see his picture plastered all over billboards in town. I thought he was more of a sleazy ambulance chaser. I think I was very wrong. He's alright in my my books!

Mark Nejame says that Casey Anthony has to take the witness stand.

There is no one else that can explain the story that Jose Baez told in opening statements.

IMO, Ashton will carve her up like a Thanksgiving Day turkey.

... and Baez know it.  This is why I do not believe that Casey will take the stand.

Could it be that there is a "Johnny Cochrane Moment" forthcoming that Jose Baez is counting on to cause reasonable doubt in jury deliberations ... a "Johnny Chocrane Moment" that Jose Baez believes will connect all the dots in regards to his opening statement?  I don't think so but ... could it be?

Considering at this point in time it is obvious that the prosecution is effectively presenting its case and ... the defence has failed miserably... it is my contention that Jose Baez' is now implementing a planned strategy of contempt ... a planned strategy of contempt that will force Judge Perry to declare a mistrial.
