BTW, I don't really care whether I (the public) see this tape (though I'm admittingly curious). I just hate the defenses argument because I don't see where she was expected to have privacy, not in that situation. She wasn't alone with a doctor being taped, it was a common area that always has a camera. Also, at that time it was not said to be Caylee, but a small childs body. If this was released months ago, it'd probably wouldn't be talked about so much anymore. Now, if it does get released, I think there is going to be a lot more attention drawn to it. Now, people are more curious about it than ever.

OMG!!!! I saw a herd of cows out west that looked like that when I saw the bunch of them go up to the sidebar. They were able to walk without waddling though.

Casey playing with her hair drives me crazy.....geesh.  And Cindy and George constantly looking at the cameras...well, Cindy isn't winking and smiling at it today like she did last time.

Who can read lips?  Casey is talking (I think it looks like flirting) with the lawyer at her table.  I'm massively predujiced, though.  She always looks like she wants devour whatever man she's eyeing.

I agree monkalicious, her ability to carry on like there's not a care in the world while she's been in jail for what, 7 months, and on trial for murdering her own baby with her own life hanging in the balance.  She must be buying what bozo's selling.  I would be a complete basket case.  But then again, I am not a sociopath and could never even fatham hurting any child, let alone my own.

Wow...did you see Cindy and George standing there, just waiting for Casey to give them one look and she never even acknowledged they were there.  Those parents are like a dog waiting for a bone.  Casey is still controlling them even when she's in jail.

Macaluso said the video is confidential because it's a medical facility. The fact that it was used as another purpose will be dealt with at another time. The video violates her constitutional rights and medical privacy.
