Yup, it's old Hat here, I wish I didn't have such a terrible reason to post on this board. But I guess we do. Very sad.

Five years ago I was walking my daughter down the aisle just a short time following the disappearance of Miss Holloway. Now this.

He goes down for this, no matter what.

Joran van der Sloot Peru Murder? Natalee Holloway Prosecutor Shocked
NEW YORK (CBS) Aruban prosecutor Peter Blanken, who has been part of the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, has learned that Joran van der Sloot is now a suspect in a new murder, that of a 21-year-old woman whose body was found in a hotel room in Lima, Peru. The prosecutor told CBS News that the allegation was a remarkable development and says that he is personally shocked by it.

If there is a place to lay low in the Western Hemisphere it is Paraguay, but I think there is not much chance he would make it there, or find any help.

He needs to do a high visibility surrender through a Dutch Embassy if he wants to remain alive.

So sorry about the young lady, it seems the justice system in Aruba let her down. Prayers for her family are in order.

So unfortunate that another young woman had to die for him to be brought to justice.  If Aruba would have only done their job rather than focusing their efforts on the coverup this young woman would have been alive today.

I just checked SCRUX to see if Jan Brennan aka Medleyrelay aka Billybob had posted the latest about her sweetie Joran.   So far nothing at all.

These people like Jan Brennan, many of the RU members, many like Renfro in Aruba are partially responsible for this girls murder.

I agree.  Today ... with no exceptions ... the blood of this young lady is on the hands of ALL who knew the truth but participated to various degrees in furthering the cover up agenda that was established five years ago to prevent justice from prevailing for Nalalee Holloway.

Renfro has concluded that the body would have turned up by now if she died on the island proper. She -- and many Arubans -- doubts the three suspects, all good students without criminal records, could have pulled off a perfect crime, never caving in to intense interrogations.

"I've spoken with all of the suspects," she said. "I don't believe any of them did anything to her."

American Julia Renfro, editor-in-chief of Aruba Today, initially sided with Holloway's parents when they sought publicity and lambasted Aruban police for following Dutch investigative procedures different from those in the United States.

Galvanized by compassion for a desperate mother, Renfro stopped the presses of her daily newspaper for the first time in its history to include a picture of Holloway to aid Arubans in the islandwide search.

Renfro, a mother of four, spent weeks shuttling the family from the scene of one rumored development to another, but she became disenchanted with what she saw as Twitty's pandering to tabloid TV and "flat-out lies" she told on the air.

"I feel guilty saying any negative thing about a mother who has lost her daughter," Renfro said. "But her behavior was odd from the get-go."
