just a thought

now that the ice has melted off the lakes and the boats are
taking to the water it donned on me

at two or three in the morning you CAN here a boat a mile away
easy

did any of the Alabama students swimming that night report a boat
or sound of a boat(s) that night......this could possibly narrow down
the tim of disposal....if it tookplace that night

The area that Joran claims to have been on the beach with Natalee was far enough away from the hotel the MB kids were staying at they wouldn't have heard a thing.

Add to that they were all partying on their last night in Aruba.  Add to that the Soul Beach Festival having it's last night that night and the likelyhood of more boats than usual "around" the island.

secondly is it a fact that guido has a white car

perhaps the same kind of car that pulled along side of deepak
and perhaps was parked at the lighthouse???

No one knows for sure (if and whose car was white and driven close to JK2 car). Rumor.
Lighthouse or Sloot home. Safe to say that one, the other, or both places were crime scenes.

Has it been proven that deepak was where he says he was or are we
assuming that because his phone and computer were used at certan times
that it must be him
the same goes for joran ....anybody ...anybody  could have been using
his phone and his computer to establish an alibi..
the same goes for satish.....there is no firm proof that he was where he say's he was
the same goes for freddy .....no proof what so ever of where he was...could hve been with guido in the white car
if there were two light colored cars working together they could have covered a lot
of things in a very short time

this way the timeline is blown to pieces
and why does it feel as if freddy was in control

and i have YET to find a spot that has a factual layout
i.e. this is true......this is not    this is what we
know is true this is what is not
iand i've learned that its a way easier to ask for a factual
answer (that someone else already knows) than to search
thru THOUSANDS of documents

For me personally.I think the Freebirds have it laid out as factual as can be under the circumstances!

Unlike other civilized investigations, there are no known facts here b/c a concealed cover-up was in place rather than an earnest effor to solve the crime. Many assumed that ALE was doing their job in bringing the perpetrator(s) to justice; however, behind the scenes, there was an undercover effort (already in place) to botch and sabotage the case, from the onset. In due time, though, ambiguous and unexplained behavior raised many eyebrows. Those suspicions were warranted. The list of "weird and coincidental" behavior on the part of ALE was/is at least a mile long.  Most have realized that valuable time may have been forever lost and done so on purpose. IMO, it will NOT go unsolved. Good always prevails over evil.

It was a simple crime and a well-orchestrated, well-facilitated cover-up.

Be careful who you ask for answers to your questions, though...
You can easily be led astray and down a path of false information...

because I believe you's are absolutely incredible
and you's should all get medals for your
magnificent efforts

but when you's are kicking the persistence and their
connections around  there is absolutely no
pressure what so ever on the three idiots and their
accomplices

even if we keep guessing at things and perhaps make
hits or near hits once in a while it will keep some
pressure n the dirty scumbags and maybe just
maybe one will crack
you's are amazing people

My suggestion is to start with the statements the suspects and witnesses gave.  That should keep you busy for a month or so.
