Good Morning.  Just got tuned in after morning duties.  Can anyone tell me quickly what I have missed so far?  I see Lyon is dressed like a robin egg in honour of spring.

Can anyone tell me what that "surprise" witness was all about. I must have missed the first part or am not smart enough to understand what Lyon was trying to prove.

She was trying to prove that the prosecution is seeking the DP based on gender bias & not the facts of the case, she lost - miserably.   She's losing this one so far as well.

I would think someone with the money Lyon has could at least get her hair roots dyed before court. She is a mess for her age.

It's actually insulting to everyone in that courtroom that she thinks so little of them, that she always arrives in such unkempt condition.   She always manages to get 'gussied up' for the telly when she's hawking her books.

The first motion to take the DP off was denied. Second one is about to be decided.

child abuse
unusually cruel & heinous
felony conviction

Gee ya think that maybe this judge caught Lyons performance for her students in which she said that judges and juries are stupid??? Hmmmm bet he got a chuckle out of that one.
