The non moving traffic violation w/suspended license is kinda weird, so was he just pretending to drive?

Sounds to me that he was caught BEHIND THE WHEEL, possibly at a stop light, and obviously had a SUSPENDED LICENCE.

I saw that on Cops once.  Guy was hammered, driving his riding lawn mower down the street.  Policemen were slowly driving behind him.

Not my guy.  I have relatives in West Virginia w/stories I've heard and some activities I've observed that make these in Satsuma look like child's play.

And clearly this is not his first offense for driving w/suspended license either.  Strange water down there.  I have never been more confused and concerned by the actions of the people who are supposed to be in charge of the law than by what I am seeing in Haleigh's case.  This is all a mess and a big old pile of crap bs.  Sorry 4 ranting here.

Maybe he was passed out in the car with the keys in the ignition.

there is/was a pic during the lock down of the trailer w/what appears to be a blanket and a sheet outside on the steps of the house.

there is a LE interview out there w/LE explaining where the blankets came from and how they got there for the dogs(outside on the steps).  Boy were they stupid on that one.  They even go in to how the breeze was blowing that day and the dogs may have gotten the scent from the blankets blowing in the breeze to the water?

I think it has everyone churnin'.  It was Misty's comment....she was washing a blanket...and one was left in the van.  That is the way I take it, unless someone else has a doc with it in there.
