    Thanks.   It is nice to have a change of scenary.   I think we might go riding around today - check out the area.   Hubby brought his Xbox with him, and I have my laptop so its all good.    Maybe take Trimm's advice and play a drinking game later.   


I do wish I could blink my eyes and come out there and help get those walls painted.

I have to get my husband up soon to start the next two walls  I can't wait for this project from he!! to get done. I'll pop in and out today because the computer is in her room, I could use my laptop, but I prefer this computer.

Maybe you'll make some more progress today.Hubby is gone to pick up the parts for his truck....   .I'm not sure who is gonna help him yet.He still can't do all the tool work himself.I can use tools,but who wants a girl's help?   
I'll be popping in and out too.   
The upside is,we aren't Anthonys.   

  Well that's true it could be worse we could be the Anthonys  Ants again today, would it be wrong of me to picture throwing a stick of dynamite at the house and running for the hills, just kidding, I think    Hope you are feeling better JSM, and Josef's tummy is better  Good luck Trimm, try to not get too upset 

I just wonder if they will be having chili and cornbread for Labor Day.  No need for dynamite, I think the roof is gonna blow off the Ant's house any day now.

Thanks No Rose I am feeling better, just about out of my magic cough syrup and the pharmacy is closed today. Josef's tummy is better, he is being hyperactive now wanting some attention.

I am going to fire up my grill and cook some pork chops and hot dogs.Digger and Taco get so excited.I always cook extra wieners to eat off the grill with them.   
Maybe I should hide some "refreshments " in my cooler for later,just in case I need them.

I've been wanting to repaint my bathrooms.I was gonna start with the downstairs first.Now with hubby here all the time I don't know if I'll ever get it done.You know he could always go over and stay in the garage apartment.    It has a tv and little fridge.

FYI Monkeys, my guy bff is a teacher and I asked him if they are showing obama's speech tomorrow.

He said NO, they got an email from the principal that said it will be discussed with the social studies teachers and if they see fit, they can show it in the classes, but it will NOT be shown in every class tomorrow!!!!

Funny you should say that, yesterday at Home Depot my husband took a pic of a woman just walking around carrying a big plant outside of the Home Depot where they have some of the plants. She had a little black terrycloth dress, with one azz cheek hanging out and a giant snake tatoo and mind you she was middle aged. Just going back and forth with a ciggie dangling from her mouth. My husband says do you think she is wearing underwear, I said it appears she is not, but go ask and clear it up so we don't have to worry about it

Jennifer's wedding day was fast approaching. Nothing could dampen her excitement not even her parent's nasty divorce.

Her mother had found the PERFECT dress to wear and would be the best-dressed mother of the bride ever!

A week later, Jennifer was horrified to learn that her father's new young wife had bought the exact same dress as her mother!

Jennifer asked her father's new young wife to exchange it, but she refused.
'Absolutely not, I look like a million bucks in this dress, and I'm Wearing it,' she replied.

Jennifer told her mother who graciously said, 'Never mind sweetheart. I'll get another dress. After all, it's your special day.'

A few days later, they went shopping and did find another gorgeous dress. When they stopped for lunch, Jennifer asked her mother, 'Aren't you going to return the other
dress? You really don't have another occasion where you could wear it. Her mother just smiled and replied, 'Of course I do, dear…………I'm wearing it to the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding.'
