that being said.. i think the DP would be more of a punishment to cindy , george, and lee....

Hey Kim. I have a problem with the DP. Although it is against my religion and beliefs, I have no problem with it. But I truly want her to suffer her entire life in prison until her death. KC is one person I truly don't want the DP. JMO JSM

*shrug*...perhaps... but i dont think that jail will be a big deal for her..
she will have sex, attention from others in jail, wont have to take care of a baby.. wont have to listen or lie to her friends, mom, dad, brother anymore .. the peeps she will be hangin with will LOVE to hear what she has done, what she is capable of...

sure.. there may be some big bad inmates that will hate her for killing a child... but i am sure there will be a bunch lining up to be her PROTECTOR and sex partner..

not to mention the guards...


or those who will write her and want to FREAKIN MARRY HER in jail....

I'm in a wicked mood tonight   

I'm thinking that the DP would be good for KC "because" it's the one thing that she would not have control over...also, she told Cindy she was safe in jail and I don't like thinking that KC thinks she's safe her entire life.  (Told you I was in a wicked mood...)

Safe in jail right now, not when she is convicted. I hope there is no DP, I want her in GP for all the "girls" to get a hold of her. That is what I want. JMO JSM

I'm voting for the DP. The way I figure, she will have years and years in jail for Bertha to have her wicked way with KC. Plenty enough time for the money and attention to dry up. Plenty of time for her family to loose interest in her and go on with what is left of their lives. Then the BIG DAY comes and she'll be in the spot light one more time, to fry in front of people.

But if she gets DP, she will be by herself Boo. Or at least that is how it works her in Texas. I am so torn about the DP, my Catholic conscious out weighs my evil heart.

Well, that possibly made me change my mind. I would like for her to be alone for the rest of her life, but I don't think it will bother her. She is a crazy nut job. Ted Bundy got married and had a kid in prison, so maybe that is what KC is looking forward too. IDK I'm going to bed now.  I don't know what to think.

I think I would rather have her spend her entire life in prison.  She is young and it would be a long, lonely life.  Her entire life was centered around her having fun and her appearance.  Just thinking of her behind bars with no make-up, no fancy clothes, no demi bras, no sunglasses makes me feel better. 

I am also worried that there may be that one person out there that won't for any reason want to give the death penalty to a women so young.  No matter how crazy that seems, it happens.  Susan Smith didn't get the death penalty and she watched while she drowned her babies.  If we can get life without the possiblity of parole, I will feel justice has been served.  That is all that matters now, justice for Caylee.

Again, I heard sometime ago that woman who kill their children usually don't get DP.  I'm sure much of that is because some murderous behavior is explained away due to post-partum depression and others are obviously insane.

So what's different about this case? Why are we/some so sure alleged perp deserves it considering we haven't yet perused the 1,000 page doc dump?

Sorry to play devil's advocate, but I need to read that latest dump before saying alleged perp deserves the DP.

11 years of appeals... last minute appeals.... chances to get the govenor to give her clemancy (if she slept with HIM or her whichever it might be)
