I don't really know, but if I recall correctly (and I probably don't  ) -- it seems like St. Anne's sat "isolated" sort of. There appears to be a building very close next door you can see through the window.

NO, that is pertaining to a Motion to Compel evidence that was filed and hearing set prior to the Summary Judgement hearing.

I just checked and there is still no decision posted regarding the SUMMARY JUDGEMENT which was heard yesterday.  I find it often takes them a few days to update and post documents.

Considering the May 11th Motion to Compel was not listed on the sheduled hearings that you posted ... I thought maybe it may have been an outcome of the April 14th Summary Judgement hearing.

Nevertheless ... I assumed that reporters would have been waiting outside the courtroom on April 14th competing for the "Breaking News".
