I believe the one true statement that Casey has made is when she said to police "I don't know where she is"...referring to Caylee.  I think this is because she had someone dispose of the body for her and they did not tell her what they did with little Caylee's body.  If you listen to the statement she gives police, she seems to use a different tone when she says "I don't know where Caylee is."  I think the difference in tone is probably because that is the only thing she is saying that is true.

So...if there was an accomplice in disposing of the body, who do you think it most likely would have been???

Interpreted that to be that Caylee is gone & spiritually the skank has no real beliefs so she doesn't know where she is, probably is speaking the truth at that point due to the lack of details being spewed.  Another ruse by the pathological lying sociopathic skank that imo, is not the only sociopath's residing at Hopespring.  She probably would have been going on & on about hoping she is with the Lord, peaceful & safe if the awful kidnappers did as they had threated to do, you see she hadn't even thought it through that far, but in fear of danger to her family, yeah right, she already took care of that, in order to get rich they decided to come up with this sensational story, the skank fell for it so really even she is able to be fooled by a sociopath. 

Sociopath's are very, very sneaky, can wreak havoc, are dangerous manipulators but they are not all murderers, some want to enjoy the ongoing torture they so easily perpetrate upon their victim's.

OK, both of you make perfect sense. This is making my belief that LA is the father seem all so true. I know as of now I am speculating without proof, but I wonder if it is true, I bet both of them knew all along  and she tried to pass it off as JG baby knowing full well it was not according to dates they were together. I also bet Lee never thought it would be found out by LE getting Caylee's DNA from the paternity card Jesse had with her DNA on it for comparison.  It was no rumor that LA refused the Polygraph, I never understood why he did that if he had nothing to hide. I am wondering if he did help her, because I have been thinking that even if she did place her in a plastic tub or kitchen size garbage can (which JCP does sell) it would be too much for her to carry into the woods but maybe not for LA. I don't believe she is in the GGP yard. I am still hopeful they will find her in those woods off of Goldenrod. so that she can be given a proper burial. This case is breaking our hearts and it sure makes me cling to my babies even more.

Califmom welcome,it is my belief Cindy Anthony knew in her heart Caylee was dead from the moment Lee told her he talked to Casey after Cindy and George had smelled the car. She can say what she wants but there is no argument with the smell of death in Casey's car and on Casey's clothes she washed, that she and  George even looked in their own backyard for their baby. She didn't look in that apartment because she knew she wasn't there. What Cindy can't believe is that Casey did it. She wants to believe someone.. anyone besides Casey was guilty but when faced with the LE telling her it had to be Casey Cindy came up with the alive Caylee story as a defense menchanism as part of her usual ineffective coping skills but also as denial in the initial stages of the 5 stages of grief. She wasn't alone in her hopes of an alive Caylee. We all hoped and prayed for the same thing. In spite of the fact Cindy is her own worst enemy she has lived through an ordeal no parent or grandparent should ever have to face. For her, each waking minute will be filled with I should have...I could have... 20/20 hindsight ? She will spend the rest of her life paying for her shortcomings and mistakes in ways that most of us never have to face thank God

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Detectives think they have a solid case against Casey Anthony and Eyewitness News found out Thursday that Casey's own father will testify against her in front of Orange County's grand jury next week.

Sources told Eyewitness News that prosecutors now have all the forensic evidence they need to ask the grand jury to indict Casey for the murder of her daughter Caylee.

The fact that a grand jury is being called to hear the case at all does not bode well for Casey. In Florida, a grand jury only has to be presented with a case for "capital" crimes, a charge of either first-degree murder or felony murder. It won't be as difficult to convince a grand jury to indict Casey as it would be to convince a regular jury to convict her.

Trial jurors have to convict defendants beyond a reasonable doubt. Grand jurors only have to have probable cause, meaning a reasonable person would conclude from the evidence that Casey committed the crime.


CHARGES EXPECTED TO BE FILED AGAINST 2 PROTESTERS

The protesters confronting Casey are starting to get more organized. They used to be just a group of rowdy people in front of the Anthony house, but now they have bumper stickers and logos.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office will file charges against two protesters for misdemeanor battery. The sheriff's office said the protesters lost control and committed an act of violence on George and Cindy Anthony.

Kathy Harris confronted George Anthony while he was asking supporters for donations and getting the word out about his granddaughter Caylee. Harris is from a new, organized group of protesters called Justice For Caylee. The group has logos and a new sign.

Harris followed Anthony to the location he was raising funds, because she wanted to know why he isn't looking for the child and instead asking others to do it for him. George Anthony called deputies for help when the exchange got ugly.

"They want the right to show their side and what they believe. That's what we're asking too," Harris said.

She believes the child is dead and it's time to look for Caylee and prosecute her mother, the person they think is responsible.

"Someone just disposed of this body like it was trash and there is no justice for this baby," she said.

Meanwhile, Orange County investigators got the last piece of evidence they need to move forward on charges against two protestors. Eyewitness News provided them video Thursday that shows one protester pull George by the shirt and another push Cindy Anthony. The two protesters face misdemeanor battery charges.

"This is a reminder, don't commit a battery, have control of yourself," Detective Freddie Sams said.

The charges will most likely be filed Friday.

Ok.. So maybe I don't remember, but did George eventually get into the trunk? I am asking because I am confused as to why Caylee would have been buried in the backyard. The cadaver dogs hit back there, and then supposedly her body was moved, but was there any soil or dirt found in the trunk of Casey's car? I know she could have cleaned, but I imagine getting dirt, especially wet dirt because the dirt under the ground is moist, especially with all the choloroform, out of the carpet would be difficult. So if there is no dirt in the trunk, then maybe Casey used a different vehicle to move the body out of the back yard. This is why maybe George knew about the body. How long out of the house were the Anothy's that day and Casey there by herself?

I as said in a previous post ....

One of my two theories implies that Lee Anthony assisted his sister in the coverup and ... his refusal to take a lie detector test and ... willingly submit to a DNA test ... could have everything to do with being implicated in the disappearance of his niece.

On another note ... if DNA samples are only currently being taken from Cindy, George and Lee  how did Leonard Padilla come to the conclusion that Caylee's paternity was related to a  member of the Anthony family ... what/who was his source?

Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive.  The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.

“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said.

I can't think of any reason, other than paternity, that LE would request DNA samples.
