  Thank you Cookie, I will try not to worry too much. He is just so miserable. I tie his leash in the car door and he was chewing on his paw in the back seat. Had to pull over and tighten so he wouldn't do it anymore. I guess I am going to put the cone of shame on him for the ride to daycare.

Morning Monkeys Hope everyone's having a good day.  So what's everyone going to do with their morning off from court?  I wonder who the state has as their witness this afternoon.

morning..
I felt a bit discombobulated this morning when I woke up..lol..I normally rush around getting stuff done before court starts..not so this morning...I do have some errands to run this morning so court being at 1 today is perfect...actually it will be 12 for me..hmmmm..will have to DVR the first part of it...not sure who the witness will be but I hope that whoever it is will knock it outta the park...

Same here Cookie, me and my coworkers are going through court withdrawls, so we are getting everything done so we can watch it all this afternoon. Hope you get your errands done and make it back in time for most of court. I don't know who the witness is but I hope whomever it is is a good one!!

I am waiting to see who the state is going to call tomorrow. We all know Baez can't ask a question that makes any sense. I know we are all getting worried because there seems to be so much the state didn't bring up/in.  But I think JA and LDB know what they are doing.

I am trying not to get worked up about the State ending soon, I think they know what they are doing and they are going to make Baez look like the fool he is when he starts his witnesses.   

Look at it this way. They have been spot on so far so I think they are well prepared for Baez and company. The only one I wasn't sure about was the FBI guy yesterday about the hairbands. I am hoping the body farm lawyers block Baez's attempt to get Dr. Vass back and others.

Hows Josef's paws today?

I didn't look at his paws, but as soon as the cone of shame came off he was trying to chew, so they are still bothering him.
