At the end one of the reporters asks someone if they are private or court security.  He says Bobo hired him.  I am thinking it might be one of Bobo's security guards?

one of my co workers, who has not followed this case at all, watched opening statements today and said that there is no way after hearing all of that, that anything the defense could say would change his mind that she is guilty of first degree murder.

watching in session they are sure Bozo will say it was an accident. But if he was going to say that why would he be disputing all of this evidence. Caylee in the car, Dogs hitting on dead body scents. smell of death in trunk. You think he would be like yes my client panicked and put Caylee in the trunk. So I am not sure he is going to say accident.

if it was an accident why not say so 3 years ago and take a plea? he is a doofus

Interesting that Casey Jorden on In Sessions certainly seems to have a different impression this morning after hearing LDB's opening.  She seems quite impressed with the prosecution this morning.

Listening to commentators, they seem to think that Baez is going to admit to the lie (try to take the strength out of the prosecutions opening) and possibly even admit that the death was accidental.

Really, why sit in prison for 3 years just to come to a first degree murder trial to say it was an accident.  Seems very stoopid to me.
